We had a fantastic experience at Rainforest Cafe in Nashville, TN, and if you’re visiting Nashville with kids, this is an absolute must-visit family-friendly restaurant! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.
Making reservations was easy, and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Bayley, was incredibly sweet, prompt, and attentive—she truly made our visit even better.
The food was surprisingly great. We started with the spinach artichoke dip, and everyone at the table went crazy for it—hands down one of the best appetizers we’ve had. My kids split the adult chicken Alfredo, and every plate was completely clean (which says a lot!). I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and have absolutely zero complaints—fresh, flavorful, and filling.
The Rainforest Cafe decor and atmosphere are what really make this place special. The thunder and lightning storms every 30 minutes were such a hit, and watching all of the animatronic animals come to life was so much fun for both kids and adults. It’s interactive, exciting, and truly memorable.

Our server Chris was simply the best. Friendly, thorough and attentive. He made our visit one of the best rainforest cafe experiences to memory! He did a great job explaining the VIP card rewards program and we ended up taking advantage of it. I’ve never had a bad experience eating here. Keep up the GREAT work!

This was my first ever visit to a Rainforest Cafe. Our waitress Kayla made sure we had a phenomenal first time! She was great at recommending menu items and answering any questions. Primal streak was phenomenal, me and my wife went with a 6 year old, a 10 year old, and a teenager. The place is absolutely beautiful. Our waiter Chris was the ideal example of what great service should look like attentive, friendly and it felt he was genuinely invested in making our experience enjoyable. Serving sizes are large and cooked by Hollywood-quality chefs. The atmosphere is amazing and kids love it.

First time here food was the best I have ever had I my life. The decoration was so cool. Busy but worth it. About ever 30 minutes a thunderstorm happens and it is dark and cool. I could easy tip them 100 dollars each if I had the money. This guy name John was my waiter. I tipped him $20. He is so nice I recommend it. He understand us when we asked for more barbicue sauce. This place is so cool. I just sat down tried one fry and instantly gave them 5 stars. Anyway that’s my rating for them. I recommend you go to I recommend comeing here

So much fun! The primal steak was great and my daughter loved the grilled chicken on the kids menu. It was very busy but it was expected, and our waitress was trying to check in as much as she could (she was great as well). It was a fun experience!

Absolutely fantastic time at the rainforest Café in the Opry Mills mall in Nashville, Tennessee. We were celebrating a one-of-a-kind birthday for one of my best friends, Mackenzie C. Turning the bright age of 23 we had nothing less than an exceptional time. Mackenzie and I shared the awesome appetizer while one of our less interesting friends had the meatloaf. Well, I love the food did taste a little bit microwaved and from Cisco, the atmosphere was simply unmatched by anywhere else. If you are looking for a Fantasma time to escape the realities of the world, we live in any immerse yourself in the rainforest experience. That is the rainforest Café do it. Our server was Brandon and he was nothing short of amazing! We were seated right next to the tiger family and it was a super joyful experience. We got to experience a thunderstorm, three times! Simply can’t wait to be back this is definitely a birthday tradition in the books.

Haven’t been to Rainforest Cafe since I was a kid. Been wanting to take our girls for years……and finally did!!! The girls were so amazed and excited, they loved the animals and sounds. We shared two appetizers (two adults and a teen): awesome appetizer -variety of choices and beef lava nachos. The two younger ones had Mac n cheese with fruit and dinosaur nuggets with fruit. Out waitress was great, very friendly and checked on us often. Experience definitely brought back memories, I’m glad I got to enjoy with my family now ❤️
