It’s still so damn cold in all of the stores. The server cut the bread in 1/2 and set the larger 1/2 to the side. I requested the bigger one and she did give it to me. She proceeded to make my sub (ham, turkey, Provolone and American on white). I requested bacon and she just threw it on my sub. When I asked about putting it in the microwave, she said I wanted it toasted. Never do I have them toasted, so that was never even mentioned. She continued to make my sub and it was if the bacon had never been in the microwave. She was very stingy on the toppings. My fiance has his toasted, but this time, you couldn’t even tell. The cheese wasn’t even melted. She also only went across once with the mayo. As we ate them, it was like eating bread, plain. We paid over $18 for this? Very disappointing. It’s usually not this bad.

I really used to love subway but the quality and quantity has gone down while the price continues to rise. This location only accepts coupons if you’re getting the worst lunch meat sandwiches. It’s apparently “store policy”. Meanwhile Arthur’s is a bit more expensive, but you actually get what you pay for and their food is amazing. Whoever owns this subway location really should reevaluate what is more important. More money or customers that are satisfied with their food.

Definitely worst location out of the surrounding area. I couldn’t tell if the lady was being rude or if she just comes off that way naturally. But every time I’ve come here the staff have been rude. They also have the least selection of toppings out of the other stores around. They just don’t seem to care so much here. I go to Rock Falls mainly because of this. I would recommend going there too.

The music inside was loud and the gal behind the counter asked us over 10 times to repeat ourselves. We ordered steak subs 2 6 inch and 2 footlongs both with double meat. They put the same amount of meat on all 4 subs and when we asked about the extra she replied that is double. Will never eat here again.

FOOD POISONING!!!!
I could give this subway a 0 I would, I went in yesterday for my lunch break and got my regular steak and cheese sandwich, the same way I get it Everytime.
Started feeling sick a few hours later. Ended up in the emergency room with FOOD POISONING!!!!! Now I get to spend my days off in bed throwing up.
I wouldn’t suggest going to this store and I surely will never get food there again.

Worst experience I have ever had at subway. Kept sayin how they close at 8pm, which was still 15 mins away. As we were eating they were mopping the floor(which is alright) but I dont appreciate gettin my feet smacked into a few times bc we were eating inside.

Food is ok. What you would expect from Subway. Tables were not wiped down, crumbs were left on every table. The floors needed swept. Food and items like napkins, etc. We’re under the tables.

Their sandwich prices have gone Up while they are now making them Smaller!
The “6 inch” is now only 5 inches long and the “Footlong” isn’t even 11 inches!!
We used to Love subway, but they need to get it together with this obvious Ripping off they are doing to us now… smh!
