Standalone Starbucks with no drive through. The coffee and food menu is pretty much the same across the business. The cappuccino is very good.
The staff here was cheerful and fast. There was no significant wait for my order. The space is pleasant, but seating in the chairs was uncomfortable because the chair backs were so low. The bench seating was much better. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi available for customers.
There’s plenty of parking in the vicinity of the store.

I do delivery gig work in the morning after dropping off my kids before 8 AM and the ladies were so sweet and nice and welcoming to me even though I wasn’t a customer. Thank you for being so warm and kind. I truly appreciate it

This morning, Monday 3/6/2023 a pistachio latte with a mozzarella sandwich and a bottle of water was ordered from this shop. Upon leaving, I found the latte just milk and foam without any presence of coffee, pistachios, or even sugar. When I returned in the evening, I found the shop closed. It was a bad experience.

Usually I go into every Starbucks and I tell the person to make me a drink on how they are feeling that day. Trust me I know this is a risk sometimes. But, the young girl working she made me an amazing drink!!! Everyone must try it; coconut milk, peach flavoring, and 3 pumps of regular syrup. It’s my favorite one that someone has made me. She was such a welcoming young lady! I will be going back.

The staff at this location actually called one of their regular customers to let them know they had to close early one day, so that customer could come in early to get their cup of coffee. That is just unheard of. Great job!

Just got my drink at this location, I live in castle rock and was in the area to shop at neighboring Trader Joe’s. Anyway, the ladies there this morning were all fabulous. They all acknowledged me as soon I came in and then helped out with the Starbucks app glitch I was having. I had enough points for a free drink and I initially ordered a grande but the lady asked me if I wanted to make it venti since I’m using my points. I really appreciated her asking because even if I didn’t want the bigger size at least I know that I was given the option. It may not be a big deal for some but I truly appreciated it. Way to go!

Growing up in Seattle, Starbucks experiences were usually pretty consistent. At this store, we’ve had a wide variety of service. It seems we only visit when they are training new partners. While I realize they all need to train new staff, perhaps this location seems to have a lot of turnover.
