A very enjoyable meal. The food is juz on the mark with the fresh n tangy taste of a good yummilicious Thai food.
Recommend the Original papaya salad – the seafood unami makes it so light and appetising and pave the way for more goody food.
The ultra limelight for me was the big, fat, juicy, succulent bbq sotong. The boss shared it’s a dish of slow and tender loving dish, from slowly marinating until gently bbq- ing.. but totally worth it… The dish is so very telling of the culinary efforts.
Roasted meat kailam have a very nice fragrance.. suffice to say we wiped the dish clean as well.

Had a certain level of expectations after reading the overwhelming reviews and glad to share that our expectations were fully met after trying out the food!

We had a papaya salad, roast pork with kailan rice, clear seafood tom yum and the pork collar. The papaya salad and tom yum soup still packed a spicy kick even though we asked for no spice, so we had Thai milk tea as well.

Willie is a warm and chatty host, and his wife is a wiz in the kitchen. The pork collar was succulent and smokey, and the papaya salad and seafood in the tom yum soup was fresh. Portions are very generous and Willie’s rationale was that the savings from rental is channeled into generous portions to be fair to customers. I like that logic.

Already looking forward to another reservation for a small celebration for next week.

The dishes were a hit for all of them, so are the portions. Unfortunately we couldn’t finish all of them so we had to tapao back. Which means more good food for me .

One of my favourites was the grilled pork collar. It was tender, flavourful and smoky which was prominent in each bite.

The environment was very welcoming and it felt like home. The owners were kind and friendly, similar to visiting a friend’s house. All in all, we had a wonderful experience dining here and would be back in the near future.

Thank you for serving us

It might be mistaken as a private dining experience but it’s definitely not as fancy. This dining experience is run by a Singaporean and Thai couple who used to operate a restaurant in Golden Mile complex. The food tastes authentic to me but the owner explained that it’s slightly adjusted for Singapore taste buds as the real Thai flavours would mean it’s even more spicy. The food is really tasty and what really impressed me is the seafood salad as the prawns are really fresh and. The grilled pork collar is good but I felt it was a bit too dry for my liking. The roast pork with kailan was good.

Very great and authentic food here. Boss Willie is very welcoming and friendly, makes my dining in experience a very good one. They used to be at golden mile.

Food was really good with very large portion. It’s a home based business so please be understanding, try to order a little in advance and don’t be too last minute! Portion was huge and can tell they really put a lot of effort into it. Authentic and delicious.

Due to the recent TikTok video they are experiencing a lot more calls/messages and boss is slightly overwhelmed. Do be more patient with them as they are overwhelmed.

Would definitely be back here for more authentic home cooked food! Thank you for the genuine service and friendship

A hidden (perhaps not quite so these days with increasing popularity!) gem serving up incredible authentic Thai food, just like the ones I used to enjoy at their restaurant in Golden Mile! Every dish that is served from this home-based kitchen is bursting with bold and genuine Thai flavours – you can taste the years of experience and love that goes into the cooking, completed by the fresh Thai ingredients that are sourced locally. The portions are wonderfully generous and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get.

I liked how one can taste the perfect balance of the spices, the freshness of the herbs and nothing is watered down. Ya, the master chef, cooks from the heart and it definitely feels like eating at my Thai friend’s home.

While it’s a home-based setup, the whole dining experience feels special, authentic and personal. Definitely worth seeking out if you are craving real, soulful Thai cooking. Just make sure to order or book your table in advance!

Have never been disappointed and will certainly be back!

I never had the chance to try their food before Golden Mile’s closure, but our dining experience was incredibly welcoming and absolutely delicious! The authentic Thai dishes really hit the mark, and I have to say—the BBQ pork collar was one of the best pork dishes we’ve ever had. The portion sizes were generous (we were a party of two, and four dishes were plenty), all at such a reasonable price. It’s truly a place that delivers both quality and quantity! Did I mention the pork collar was to die for?

I also really appreciate the sense of community that shines through in the reviews and comments, especially the reminder to please be patient and understanding with the owners. It’s a husband-and-wife team running this home-based restaurant, so there are a few limitations, but it’s clear they pour their heart into every dish 🙂

Friendly owner who shared with us how he ended operating a home kitchen and the impacts of the new fame and publicity on his place.
Do call and book for dine in as there are only 2 tables available.
Servings are easily double of what normal restaurants offer for the same price.
As he is using the menu from his restaurant in Golden Mile, some items may not be available due to the equipment so don’t be disappointed.
