If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My fiancé and I stopped in on a whim after visiting some family. The bar was decorated for Halloween and had some spooky themed cocktails. We ordered the Blackberry margarita and it was perfectly balanced.
The staff was all lovely and very kind! The chips and salsa were so good, and then our food came out. We were blown away at the quality. I ordered the queso birria tacos and they were the best birria I have ever had. My fiancé ordered the Chicago-style burrito with asada and it was perfection. The hot sauce selection was also GREAT. All flavors were good, the extra hot was actually my favorite. A hint of smoke and a good amount of red chiles.
We’re definitely eating here every single time we come to Fayetteville.

Update: DEC 2025, went vack for Taco Tuesday. Awesome! All tacos $2.50 each, well worth the visit. The guacamole side is also worth trying as it is moserately priced for a larger serving than you typically get at other places. Very good tacos, salsas, chips, and the quality of the rice and beans is better than most local Mexican restaurants. The Tortas are huge and worth ordering.

So I come here often on taco Tuesdays. The food is consistently good, which I can appreciate. The shrimp tacos are what I get every time. HOWEVER, their drink menu is where they are running a SCAM. They SAY that you can pick any tequila of your choice, but then charge you for the drink and THEN UPCHARGE based on what brand of tequila you order. Tonight my fiancé and I come in for taco Tuesday.We both decide to order the skinny margarita, which specifically states on the menu to pick the tequila of your choice. I asked the bartender which tequilas can we chose from and she pointed to the shelves and said any of them and the drink would be the same price. So we ordered the margarita with Milagro tequila. Unfortunately when we received our bill, she slapped an UPCHARGE on their based on the liquor we chose. When I confronted her about this, she LIED and she said told us the price. I believe she LIED because her manager was present at this point in the evening. Accountability is EVERYTHING. And because she failed to have some, for that reason alone, I HIGHLY DOUBT we will return. Be honest and upfront with your prices, ROSE’S and don’t try to lie just because your manager is now present and you wanted to be SNEAKY with the prices of the drink in the beginning. DO BETTER!

It was my first time but definitely won’t be the last. I didn’t even realize we had such authentic Mexican food in Fayetteville. RUN, don’t walk, RUN here! Sweet tea was yum and don’t get me started with the chips and salsa (not those thin wanna be tortilla chips either)! The food is A M A Z I N G! Very bold flavors. Service is great. Our waitress yadira was very attentive. We had steak quesadillas, Fried chicken tortas, and shredded chicken QUESABIRRIA. It’s clean and the music is a vibe. We are all the food before i could take a picture it’s THAT good!

Stopped here about 15 minutes before closing. I was able to order from the Menu for takeout. The waitress behind the bar was very friendly and the food came out quickly. There were several people drinking until close. The decor and colors are fun here. They give a military discount if you show your military ID. (Thank you so much for this). Id come back here next time I’m in town. It’s worth the stop.

You get a genuine sense of an authentic Mexican restaurant as soon as you enter Rose’s Tacos. It reminded me of my childhood in Texas as Mexican food has always been my favorite cuisine.
In addition to the Chicago Vegetable Burrito, which was mouth-watering, I also ordered veggie tacos, which were amazing!
I love how delicious and crunchy the tacos are. I also thoroughly appreciated the complimentary salsa.
Each of the three varieties of salsa were truly distinct and delectable. The green salsa made with green tomatoes was my absolute favorite!
The entire meal was appetizing and flavorful and well presented.
Our server was very friendly, attentive, and happily explained the menu items since it was our first time there.
Being close to a fantastic Mexican restaurant is such a pleasure. Without a doubt, we will come back here often to indulge.

It was date night and I wanted to try somewhere new. Of course I was in the mood for tacos so I hopped on Yelp and searched and came across Rose’s Tacos. Based on the food pictures and first three reviews, I was sold. I had to go.
As Rose’s Tacos is right in Downtown Fayetteville it was super easy to find and there was ample parking. As it was a Saturday night, the natural flow of the block added to the vibrant vibe that was coming out of Rose’s Tacos as the e door opened and closed. I was already excited before even walking inside.
Once inside, the sign advised us to seat ourselves so we sat at the bar. Rose’s Tacos is super vibrant, very bright, and has an ambiance that fits date night as well as family night. No matter the tone you are looking to fit, Rose’s Tacos is a win.
Deciding to sit at the bar, we walked in, headed to our left and took a seat. Once at the bar, the bartender greeted us with a smile, welcomed us to Rose’s Tacos, and provided us with menus.
Rose’s Tacos has a broad selection of food. Though it is a Mexican restaurant, there are a few American favorites on the menu. LoL!!!
After taking a moment going back and forth on what I wanted as there were sooooooo many appealing options, I decided on a Steak Burrito with Fries and a Sweet Tea. Simple yet intricate.
As we waited, the bartender delivered the complimentary Chips and Salsa and they set the tone for my tongue-readiness. LoL! The chips were crunchy and fresh. Not too salty yet salty enough. The salsa was flavorful and smooth with the right amount of chunkiness. Oh yes, Rose’s Tacos understands the importance of a good Chip and Salsa to set the food tone.
Once my food was ready and I could see the waitress walking it over, I felt my stomach smile. Haha!!!
The playing was simple yet pretty and the food smelled amazing. The scents alone captured the attention of my taste buds and forced them to pay attention to what was on my plate.
The Steak Burrito was filled with fresh ingredients, robust flavors, and perfectly done meat. The meat to fixins ratio was spot on and the grilled-ness of the shell married everything together so well. I’m talking Burrito perfection.
The fries were well done just as I had requested and were golden brown, perfectly salted, and paired perfectly with the burrito. I mean geesh. What a better way to end a Friday night then with a great meal from Rose’s Tacos!
All is all, my experience at Rose’s Tacos was stellar. From the service to the ambiance to the establishment itself. It was clean, customer focused, and inviting. I will definitely be back.
Oh yeah, and the Sweat Tea… Yes Ma’ammmmmmmmmm. Whoever made that sweet tea knew I was coming because it was Southern Perfection.

Not a fancy place, but if you want fancy go down town. Steak Quesadilla was awesome. Our server, Kale, was great and was very attentive. If you find yourself in Fayetteville, Rose’s is a good choice for dining.
