If there’s a Chic Fil A close by, we’re stopping there for our meal! This particular location is very handy, as it’s in the food court. It was busy, and I ended up waiting longer than I should have (not sure what happened). When I went back to redeem my kids ice cream and to order an additional one, they gave me the additional ice cream for free bc of the issue when I ordered and waited so long. Very kind and considerate employees!

Restaurant used to be great, was a great crew. Last couple times were bad. Crew forgot about our online order. We stood there for 20 minutes before talking to manager. At least he hurried our order and refunded our money. But this time, they took our money online, wasted our time, then informed us they didn’t have our food. How does chick fil a run out of chicken?

Shitty at this place. Yesterday I went In ordered a grilled chicken bacon club. Took them a while to make it. When I go get it. They said someone else took my food. Had to wait longer to remake it. Asked the manager for a refund instead. An employee tells me the food gonna be done in 1min 40 seconds. I end up waiting 5 more minutes.then they forgot the sauces I asked for. Had to go back n get that. I was so upset I didn’t eat the food. Decided to eat it later. When I finally open the box to microwave it they didn’t even make it how I asked. I wanted white bun n got multigrain.terrible experience

We went to Glenbrook mall and got Chick-fil-A. There were 3 people in the line, already ordered, we were 3rd. It took 11 minutes to get our food. There were no less than 5 people working. Wonder what you’re paying them to do?

Don’t get me wrong, I heart chick-fil-a food. However, the mall chick-fil-a at Glenbrook is not so great. They’ve switched out the bun for a cheap knock off so when you take a bite the bun immediately begins to sog. It is thin and breaks apart in a too thin, crusty kind of way. In other words, they have opted to use one of the cheapest buns possible. The waffle fries were at best a soggy warm. Service, per my experience, was still exceptional. I’m not rating your service, just your choice to cheap out.

This was my first time at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered a chicken sandwich, small fries, and some sauce. Honestly, I found the chicken pretty greasy and the crust lacked flavor—it just didn’t do it for me. I have no real desire to return, though I’ll admit this could be more of a personal preference rather than the food being objectively bad.
One thing I did like was the ordering setup with staff coming right to the window—nice touch for speed and service.
My star ranking system:
1: Bad / Don’t go there
2: Could be better
3: Average
4: Above average but not the best
5: A true top notch place
