World’s Best Corndogs Originated in Utah in 2013. They now have food trucks in Utah, Arizona, Nevada and Idaho. The Idaho locations are Boise and Rexburg. WBC are available to rent for events. They claim they can feed 500 people in less than an hour.
On 7/23/21, I tried World’s Best Corndogs For the first time. I visited the Boise truck, located near the corner of Glenwood and Chinden Boulevard.
World’s Best Corndogs are made with Kirkland brand 100% Beef hotdogs, hand-dipped in a freshly made World’s Best Original batter. They come with packets of mustard, ketchup and/or “honey drizzle.” The World’s Best Corndog is a foot-long corndog ($6).
I was happy to see they offer a half size version ($4), which is what I ordered. I tried it with a light “honey drizzle.”
Wowza! These corn dogs live up to their name! I liked that the hotdog was very hot inside. That’s how you know these are fresh, not frozen. The corn batter was thoroughly cooked, yet remained light and fluffy. I enjoyed trying the honey drizzle, which went well with mustard, but next time I’ll order it without as there is already a hint of the sweet in the corn batter. I am more drawn to savory than sweet, but most would love the honey drizzle. I recommend ordering it that way for your first time.
I can’t wait to return to try the Cheddar Brat Corndog and the Pepper Jack and Colby Jack cheese sticks, which are dipped in batter before being deep-fried.

The Corndogs are very good, great crunch on the coating, great dog. Be prepared to wait because this place is usually busy. I also think the price is a bit high. That being said, I have been to World’s Best Corndogs 4 times so far. There will be a 5th.

I am a huge fan of corn dogs! This was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had! The corn dog was cooked perfectly. You could tell the fly oil was not too old, the breading was slightly sweet, crunchy on the outside, but soft on the inside! They had a nice selection of drinks and chips as well! I love that they had Dr. Pepper as a choice. Highly recommend! Next time I’ll try the honey drizzle! Thanks y’all!

We stopped by the truck at the Idaho Center at monster jam. Few issues. 1- the menu was displaying their normal prices so when she said $32.XX for 3 corn dogs I was baffled. So that’s annoying. 2- the Girl working young blonde was not friendly at all.
3- our corn dogs were burned!
4- why is tipping pre set to 18-25% I ended up spending $37 on 3 burnt corn dogs. Super disappointing!!! Never will return.

I just wanna say 10/10 customer service & obviously 10/10 corn dog! I went to the truck at Lowe’s and I think it was user error trying to get my gift card to work but the younger man working there offered to cover it and I just wanna say I hope he is appreciated! I left him something just for being so helpful! Yall are the best! Would post a pic of the corn dog but it’s demolished lol..

Fantastic corn dogs however after the post Malone concert they had a $18 combo that came with chips. They ran out of chips but still charged full price even after expressing it felt dishonest. The guy just laughed and said yep still full price.
