The food is a bit pricey here. I waited for a while to place an order, although it was empty. You have to spend $12 or more to use a card. There is ONLY a lunch special and a family dinner special. I came here to get dinner. I ordered the small chicken and broccoli for $10.50. They never ask me what type of rice I wanted, so I guess anything beside white rice is extra $$$. The meat and rice were separated by containers. The food was good.

Like everyone said they lady in front is rude as hell. The fried rice was overcooked, soggy and tasteless. For the sauce you’re supposed to get with the dumplings they gave me soy sauce. Oh and a two liter soda cost $5.00 never again.

Mimi’s will forever be a favorite. I can do without the attitude and the begging from the delivery driver for more tip but the food is by far my favorite Chinese food in Baldwin at the moment. Delivery and take out I’m guaranteed to enjoy my food and a cold homemade ice tea

The lady at the counter is very impolite and the prices here are 20% higher than all the other Chinese restaurants in town. Average food, high prices and bad customer service = 1 star review.

If I could give none I would. Foods okay better than most but the lady at the front is extremely rude and does not greet her customers my husband and I stood waiting to be acknowledged then was asked what you want? Which is a simple house special fried rice that I always order via phone she proceeded to argue with me on dollar amounts of meat which made no sense. On top of arguing with a customer and rolling her eyes at us trying to buy dinner for our family she pulled out her menu and slammed it on the counter to again belittle us. We left never again will we order from this place rather starve.

I tried to order take out from here hoping service had gotten better but after my first canceled the order – the second time I tried thinking it might of been an issue when I put in the order online, one of the employees called me with an attitude because they didn’t have chicken dumplings- when I said pork was fine she continued to argue with me and persisted that I cancel the order. When I called back the employee claimed she had no idea what I was talking about u till I mentioned I remembered her voice and she got hostile and aggressive again. They just lost a customer

I always get the same thing, and it never fails. But the lady that works there is so mean, bitter, disgruntled, and ZERO customer service skills. Very extremely rude in person and worse over the phone.

The food is okay but the lady behind the counter has a horrible attitude. She got upset and slammed the food on the counter telling me, “you do it yourself”,after asking her to put sauce on it, she then proceeded the grab the sauce from my hands and slam it back on the counter. This is the worst customer service I have experienced and she needs to learn how to act accordingly in a place of business. Will not be ordering food from here again.
