I got my Tuna wrap and questioned if it was the right order. This wrap was huge! I have a pretty large appetite but even I couldn’t finish it’s entirety. Their prices are also very generous for what you get. 10/10 would come back again!

A small market that also serve sandwich and more. Sub and sandwich, many to choose from and not so expensive at all but taste good.

I’ve eaten here a lot as I work just down the road. Usually it’s good food and good service recently they have fallen. I got a large cheese steak today and it looks like they put the meat from a small cheese steak into a large bun. I confronted them and they said it’s the same as it always has been. This is not correct. I will no longer eat here which is a shame because its convenient and I like supporting local businesses.

It’s a deli. Good food. Fair beer selection. Plenty of wine. Great service. Parking.

Only half a sandwich of meatballs for $8 and when you call to complain you get bitched at. Nothing but excuses from staff. Try giving what you charge for people. NOT recommended. $8 for a large sandwich with 3 small meatballs?
This is what happens when owners allow kids to make food w less quality. Pass this place by.

I just ordered 2 clam cakes and a medium onion ring. The clam cakes had exactly 2 pieces of clam. One in each. The rest was whatever they use to make the clam cake. You could not eat with your hand as it fell completely apart when you picked it up. The onion rings were not fully cooked as you could taste the raw batter. I had to throw them away. I tried to eat part of the clam cake but it was just not edible. Both cakes and onion rings were very greasy. I never do reviews but this was just so bad. Tried to call but the phone just rang and rang and rang at 3:45 in the afternoon.

Anania’s in South Portland is horrible. The ones on Congress St and Washington Ave are great but the one on Broadway is a joke. The kids who work there don’t take any pride in the food they make. If you call they rarely answer. If you do get a hold of them, don’t tell them they made the sandwich wrong because they’ll pick a fight with you. I don’t know how management and the owners let this slide. The kids employed there are ruining your business and your reputation.

The best loaded steak and cheese sub! I added bacon and they put it on the bottom, so u get bacon in every bite! Was told 15 minutes, i arrived in 10 minutes and it was ready! Plus i got some sweets! Super Yum! I would suggest to future patrons: ask for your sub cut in half unless u like to eat a big sub altogether. Suggestion to business….bake your own sub rolls…if anything like ur baked goods…omg yum!

This is about one experience as I have been there before and liked it for sandwhiches. Though my issue seems to be a trend here with respect to service. I Ordered the bucket of spaghetti I did not have high expectations per se but I was in a rush and trying to feed a small family.. they filled the sauce container literally not even half way I actually saw it and when I confirmed the girl behind the counter was super nice and had the kid in back take it back and was supposed to fix it. End result was a container 3/4 the way filled.. Very Disappointed! The $10 couldn’t have been for just the speghetti?? Also the quality of the sauce was subpar but in fairness I made the mistake of mixing the whole bucket of speghetti with it and it was hard to see let alone taste.. I love neighborhood places and Annaias certainly has that feel but for me there are just too many better options with better service when compared with this experience!
