Another amazing experience!!! This will be the last review I give for this place. But every time I go in the vibes are immaculate. People being real people. Not trying to be too nice and they ain’t rude. Beautiful rustic atmosphere, DELICIOUS PIZZA and fantastic menu prices. YOU NEED TO EAT THE CARNIVORE PIZZA WITH BOTH CHEESES. It will be the best pizza you’ve put in your mouth. Hands down. Feels like your right at home, complete with all of The taverns history, and comfort. Just take a look at this beauty.

I love that the French fries are actual skin on fried potatoes and not just frozen fries and the reclaimed barn wood on the walls adds a great country feel and the staff was so welcoming and kind. I appreciate being able to enjoy a cold drink and listen to local live music as well with a great group of people in such a welcoming and entertaining environment.

My family has ordered food from here several times in the past with no problems. Tonight, we had a very poor experience and won’t be returning. Amber was extremely rude over the phone and hung up on my grandma twice. Super disappointing as this is one of the only restaurants in Taos.

I got stared at like I had 3 eyes when I walked in. Bartender was not friendly at all, even though I gave her a 70% tip.
I guess if you aren’t a local, they “don’t want yur kind in there” vibe is the best way to describe it. I wasn’t offered a menu, even though I probably would have ate.

Wonderful place, great food! Especially awesome pizza! We went to go see a band there this past weekend. The Carson Tucker band. Great gig! Next time you’re around there go see them!
