10/10 every time! BSB EC never misses! Jessica, Emily, and the rest of the staff go above and beyond! The wings and fries are awesome!! We typically get medium buffalo and bbq but added Rico, butter garlic parm, AND PICKLE to our most recent order and OMG!! Unreal!! We highly recommend all of the above flavors!! Thank you for always getting our food just right!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My biggest complaint is the atmosphere. The inside looks of this place looks like absolute crap. The walls weren’t painted well, there were cobwebs and dead bugs in every corner, not to mention the sticky floors. I don’t think they would ever pass an inspection. If I wasn’t a generous guy, I would’ve given the atmosphere a 1 star. The service was ok, had to wait 25 minutes for 8 and 6 piece wings though. As oddly as this may seem, the food was actually not that bad. I would say it was worth the price, but if the owner is reading this, I would highly recommend cleaning the place!

This has got to be the worst chicken place I’ve tried in western Pennsylvania. Total trash. Put a little bit of pride in your Service. Not even close to being worth the money. My kids didn’t even eat this.

With Big shot Bobs you know you’re always going to get good wings! My husband and I have taken out (it’s only take out) here a handful of times, and have had all good experiences. The wings come with lots of sauce and are always nice and crunchy. Their fries are seasoned nicely! They say at least 30 mins per order because they fry all of their wings fresh, but I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes which is nice.
I personally think there are too many sauce options, but that’s not a big deal.

I swear this place takes their phone off the hook when they don’t feel like working. Two completely different times I have called with no answer. Doesn’t matter how many times you call they would not pick up. So I drove to the store and to my surprise they were open, just not answering the phone. It’s not like I called 10 minutes before closing time. It was hours before closing time. For as much as they charge for their wings, you would think they would want every order they can get

I am a manager from another local business that is up from them and one of their guys dropped of a menu.
I am talking with our vice president and we decided t get wings. Got the hot and blew my mind good. Neither one of us are area people and will definitely be ordering more.

Absolutely horrible! We ordered a chicken salad and sandwich. We were wondering what meat it was on the salad because it sure wasn’t chicken. Then we looked at the meat on the sandwich only to find 2 store bought chicken patties that were more breading than what ever meat they are calling chicken! I wish I had my money back. Both meals went in the garbage. Do not order from here.
