We came for dinner. The food was good and the service was kind and courteous. We stayed for dessert and enjoyed the dolewhip (?) and ice cream.

Two stars because my ice cream cone was good. However, as I was standing waiting for my milkshake to be finished, the male owner (I assume since I also heard him have an attitude with his employee regarding what seemed to be her time card or something) made a rude comment about how I’d finish my ice cream before the girl was done making my milkshake in a nonjoking manner. After hearing him be nice to customers but talk to his employee rudely and then making that comment will keep me from coming back to that place. Employees are the heart of every business. I thought she was absolutely fantastic and I wasn’t in any form of rush. If you don’t mind that sort of place, than go ahead and give business. However, I will not be returning and definitely hope the owners see this and start being respectful to not just customers.

I eat here at least 2 times a month, one of my favorites in Greeneville. The Cuban is my favorite, the Italian is good as well. Hotdogs are great and so is the Mama’s burger. For your sweet tooth it’s all AWESOME! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Food was awesome at Sugar mama’s & Creamery. Had a Hoggie with cheese and French fry’s. Wait staff was awesome as well. She was friendly and asked if I needed anything more. I will be back to try other menu items.
