This was the best dumpling I have ever had in the U.S.! I’m Japanese, and I absolutely love Chinese and Taiwanese food. A friend highly recommended this place, so I drove an hour just to come to this restaurant — and I am so glad I did. Both the noodles and dumplings were incredible! As mentioned in the reviews, I ordered the beef and green onion dumplings, and they were absolutely the right choice. Be sure to enjoy them with plenty of vinegar and their homemade chili sauce! The texture, firmness, and flavor of the noodles reminded me of home in Asia.
I was also thrilled to find authentic unsweetened oolong tea here — such a rare treat in the U.S.! The service was excellent, and my American husband also loved it. I truly recommend this place!

Went with the Lafayette Foodie Friends and overall great place to go for dumplings.
Highly recommend the beef in chili oil if you like schezchwan. Beef and green onion was our other favorite dumpling.

I love this place to death, so much so that I’m leaving a review which i’ve never done in my life lol. The owner is the sweetest person in the world, the food is amazing, and it’s a quiet place to study. I like to come here after class or durning exams with my laptop and just eat.
Has to be the best dumplings in the area and you have the option to make your own sauce which is a great perk.
I cannot stop saying good things about this place. While you’d come for the food, the restaurant itself is humble and has a nice vibe.

Weekend food drive. We drove 2 hours to give this place a try. Food was decent, the employees were very friendly. The atmosphere we felt could use some touches. Pictures on the walls or decorations, A lot of the food on the digital kiosk were not available or no pictures available.

The dumplings AND noodles here are so fire. This place seriously needs more hype because every time I go it’s like semi empty. LOVE THIS PLACE SM and it’s so fun making your own dipping sauce.

Simple and easy to eat dumplings offered through the oddly common touch screen order stations, there’s decent variety for only putting dumpling in the name. My two friends treated me since I had not been here. We went to Walk-Ons after for real food considering this the appetizer! I quickly realized why they weren’t quick to try this place. For the prices, it is a trashy atmosphere, bathroom quite gross, and a dreary half remodeled repossed look everywhere. The dingy appeal would be fine with prices half what they are. I’m surprised amidst all the wealth of this corner it survives! Our dumplings, pork and beef, were served quickly and tasted fresh. Nothing special or sticking in my mind, Pocha, Kitami, and Kinn are much better Asian spots offering sensational dining vibes and excellent menus. I hope Bao can pull themselves out of the gutter soon because we always need another top notch international option.

Absolutely amazing dumplings. We got the Chive & Pork Dumplings as well as the Capsella Plant & Pork. Both were fantastic and full of flavor. You could taste the love that went into them and everything was very fresh. We also tried three of the condiments, and all were very good. I would highly recommend the homemade chili oil, it paired extremely well with the dumplings. It is not as spicy as it looks, so don’t be afraid to try it. Will definitely be back to try some different kinds of dumplings!

A friend told us about this place. They’re one of the only places in West Lafayette that I know of that specializes in making their dumplings and noodles from scratch! My husband and I loved it. The lady at the front was so nice and helpful and had our food out super quickly. I got the pork and leek dumplings, which were very tasty. I love supporting places with authentic asian cuisine. We plan on coming back trying their noodles. Definitely recommend

They are known for handmade dumplings. However, those handmade ones taste NO difference than those frozen dumplings you can get in any Asian market for only 1/3 price.
If you order a pickup, you are not allowed to dine in, which is ridiculous because this is a self-helped order restaurant and there is no service to be provided.
The atmosphere is mid. Many McDonalds are better and cleaner than this.
Overall, priced food, normal taste, bad service and below average environment.
Wouldn’t recommend.
