It was nice for our occasion. It appears that the menu prices do fluctuate, perhaps seasonally, as seen from menu posts. The service and atmosphere were great. The food was good. They don’t have light or common beers on tap. I don’t recommended for anyone who is looking to dine on a tight budget. I do recommend for someone having a special occasion to splurge a little.

I had the T-bone. It was cooked as ordered and was very good. The sides did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and their service was great. They actually seemed a little under staffed, but instead of using that as an excuse, they all stepped up and delivered great service. That is not very common these days. I only wish I had saved room for dessert. The carrot cake looked fantastic.

In a city with not a lot of diversity, this restaurant brings a lot to offer. A delicious steakhouse that carries quality steaks that are good sizes is perfect to have in the Imperial Valley.
We came with a group of about 10 after a shift of work and they took us in without hesitation. Here we have some bone marrow that’s big and buttery paired with some delicious drinks for the table. The main course is a tender and seasoned well ribeye.
If you’re in the area, this is a spot you should check out!

Sonora Fusion is an intimate quiet steakhouse of El Centro. The menu offers a variety of steaks for everyone. The wait staff is incredibly friendly and respectful. However, my reservation is the sides do not call for their price tag nor were they generous with the presentation of the side guacamole. The cut of our ribeye was relatively fatty and thin. I wasn’t as great a fan of the quality of steak for their price point. I am especially disappointed in their churro cheesecake as it reminded me of carnival food rather than dessert at an upscale steakhouse. I am not sure I would order dessert here again.

Great steakhouse, great drinks, great service. The flavor of the tacos were excellent. The stuffed peppers were fantastic. I will always come back in my journeys. Our server was the best, friendly and attentive. One of my favorite restaurants I have been to.

First timer here and it was so good!!!!! Everything was perfect and cooked to perfection!!!! The ribeye aguachiles are to die for!!!! For drinks I had the margarita taster and my girl had a piña colada and sangria… Definitely will be coming back to this place!!!!

I had date night here with my wife for the first time and it was definitely a good idea to try this place out. The restaurant was small but beautiful inside and out and not only was the food delicious but the atmosphere and lighting really made date night feel extra special. Everything has that freshly made on an open flame grill taste which is always by far the best flavor. The lobster is not on the menu and you have to ask for it but it’s definitely worth asking for. The shrimp was by far the most delicious I’ve EVER had. It was grilled with an amazing garlic sauce that had a little heat to it. I could order an entire platter of just that shrimp alone! Drink wise all the mixed drinks were beautiful and delicious, the only drink I didn’t care for was the chavella. I can taste that it was made with bloody Mary mix and not an authentic house made mix which turned me off towards that drink but everything else was delicious with the right amount of alcohol. The customer service was amazing, very polite, quick to get you anything you ask for, and very knowledgeable of the meals in English and in Spanish. There were only 2 dessert options that did not seem pleasant so my wife and I ended up going to cold stone afterwards. Although the prices were high I still give them a 5 star because it’s like they say, you pay for what you get and it was worth it. Definitely and place for special occasions. I’ll most likely come back for my anniversary. All in all we were very pleased with this restaurant and recommended it to anyone trying to find an amazing getaway from the valley but don’t want to leave the valley.
