There is something wrong with those guys working there, we ordered double xl pizza first with the drinks at 30 $ and they gave burnt pizza and the main guy at the counter with specs said he could make us a medium sized pizza in return and he wasnt even bothered but then he agreed on XL and the most disgusting thing was next when the staff asked to give them back the older pizza’s box and he gave the new XL sized pizza in the older box!!!! It was so cheap to be honest!!

Arpan did an amazing job with my pizza! You can tell he really cares about the quality of what he makes the pizza was fresh, well prepared, and tasted great. Everything was made just right, and the presentation was on point too.

Ordered pizza for delivery tonight, we got a meat pizza and a Hawaiian and we distinctively taste something similar to Indian food for some reason. Never had this before… it tastes almost like their butter chicken sauce had some cross contamination. We also felt that the pizza was slightly undercooked. Ordered one medium pizza with toppings, including butter chicken as meat!! Cost me between $45 and $50 dollars. Surprise Surprise!! Got the pizza, without meat toppings!! Called the store, not to argue or to say that we needed refund or anything! Just wanted to let them know what they missed so that they would be careful with the orders in the future. But, the lady at the store who answered the phone transferred the call to customer service. Spoke with someone at customer service and we were told to contact Uber!! I asked him how could I contact Uber to complain that employees at Pizza Pizza didn’t put the ordered toppings! He then kept on saying Uber was a 3rd party app so there was nothing much he could do from their end and asked me to contact Uber again! I explained to him that it was Pizza pizza that prepared my food and not Uber! And I again asked him the same question! How could I complain to Uber that Pizza pizza employees did put the ordered toppings in my Pizza! He still kept on telling me that Uber was a 3rd party app, like I didn’t know!! I told him I didn’t want to waste my time and energy trying to argue and make him understand! Felt like he was glad to hear that and said thank you to me!! They were like, “okay we got your order, we will prepare your food and if we didn’t make it right, contact Uber or doordash!!!”
