We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and 2 days before she tells me she wants to go to An Sibin with her friends and family. So I called and talked with Sean and Caleb asking is it was at all possible to reserve a few tables in the bar so we could hang out together and celebrate. They readily accommodated and as a result we had a great time. Everyone got to sit together (about 12 of us) and just enjoy the evening! Great atmosphere and service!!

Visited this cool bar with friends to kick off our Boston visit after coming up on the train. Appreciated the flexibility in the whiskey flights, and the cocktails were strong. I think we just came on the wrong night, as the DJ was impressively loud and set up right next to the bar so we couldn’t hear each other. Would come back on a chiller evening.

Great neighborhood Irish bar. Friendly personable staff and the fries are good, but haven’t eaten anything else here. Plenty of whiskey to choose from but I stuck with Guinness.

If you’re asking yourself “Why An Sibin?” You should yourself “Why not An Sibin?” The drinks are really good and prices are better than most ($12 for an old fashioned), the bartender is the best, and the atmosphere is top notch. You will be back for more I promise. And ask for Dottie. If you’re lucky, you’ll see her. 😉 And the whiskey selections are supreme.
Update 10/17/2024: They have a Guinness Old Fashioned. Whiskey, Guinness, chocolate and cherry. Where have you been all my life?!? It’s a sweet and cozy drink. Delicious for fall/winter.

I’m sure this place normally serves top notch cocktails. But this bartender was spiteful, hateful, rude, and downright threatening when I took a wrong turn to the bathroom on an otherwise innocuous Thursday night. He attempted to kick us out, threatened calling the cops, turned off the music and insisted we wait outside for our Ubers. What’s hiding in the basement?

Awesome brunch/lunch at An Sibin today! This is a go to bar for me- great people, service, and vibes plus a delicious rotation of pop up kitchens and amazing drinks all around.
Sibin makes the best Bloody Mary – seriously the best I’ve ever had. Today’s pop up was Breakfast Ninjas – and the food was great! I can’t wait to come back next time and try more of their menu- highly recommend the shrimp and grits!

Nice neighborhood pub with excellent food. In addition to standard options like fish and chips, fish sandwiches, etc. they had oysters at a great price, oxtail soup, and daily specials. Highly recommended.
