Had to wait on “fresh” food.
Upon getting the food, the tots were old, the chili and hot dog were very old. The young lady was rude when I took it back which doesn’t surprise me at all. There are only a few that work there altogether that don’t roll their eyes, have a smart mouth or even know the meaning of customer service because they’re too busy engaging in personal conversations using curse words that can be heard while waiting for food. The Tea was good though

Today I witnessed such a disgusting thing while waiting for my drink and fries, at the pick up window. There was a man sitting at the table repeatedly picking his nose and eating it. I asked the young man at the window, if he worked there and he said “yes, he’s the manager.” I told him what I was seeing and he said he’d make sure he washes his hands, when he came back inside. There was a camera right next to where he was sitting. So whomever is above him, should review the camera footage from today around 5:55 ish pm, you will be able to see exactly what I seen. Truly disgusting!

Having a slushie from this location is like drinking straight syrup. They don’t mix the drinks, so the syrup sits at the bottom. Their recommendation is to stir with your straw, which causes it to spill everywhere.

This is by far the best sonic in Clarksville! I think their names were Mel and Daniel they helped us today and they were so kind and helpful!!! Definitely deserves recognition!!!

We spent $50 on food just to be given raw chicken. Do they not realize people can get sick from Salmonella?? On top of that the tater tots that were given for our chicken tender meal looked as if they were just dipped in the fryer, didn’t even sit in there for long, at all. Thatll be the first and last time we eat there. Absolutely ridiculous!

This place will either serve you old food or uncooked food. When you let them know they just give you old food again. I ordered cinnamon sticks, and they were not done. Do not get their lemon water for 3:19 either. It’s not lemonade.

Haven’t even made it out of the parking lot yet but I just wanted to say the lady who took my order (11:30ish 05/07) was SO sweet she brought my order out too and had such an upbeat attitude. She had greenish blue shoulder length hair if that helps, please pass along my compliments!

Let me just say, Joelene the GM here should be commended my kids went to the Madison location instead of this location, I didn’t know as the receipt was not given upon payment, so I called and Joelene made it right. The kids went to Madison and that manager was not only rude but refused to fix what they had done wrong. So let me just say this I have had issues in the past with Riverside but it seems like under new management this location is Turing around! If your going to go to a sonic try out Riverside they care about their customers!

Chicken bites were mushy and had hair on them. The shake was melted and running down the cup and the ingredients tasted old. The onion rings had a chemical aftertaste. The burger patty didn’t taste like real meat and seemed undercooked. I felt absolutely disgusted and just thinking about it makes me want to throw up. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
