Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I had to ask them to switch out the lettuce as it was all brown. They then took the fresher ( still not that great looking) lettuce and mixed it in with the bad rotten lettuce. Had to ask for oil 3 times. Definitely will NEVER go back!

My daughter ordered subs to go and the app would not let her type that she wanted to pick them up at 10:45. So she put that she wanted to pickup in the condiments part on the app. My daughter walked in to get the subs and was not rushing or anything and the “waitress starts raising her voice and acted like she was being rushed! My daughter was taken back by this. She paid for the subs and left very upset! That is Bull!

Apparently tips aren’t voluntary. At least that’s what one would be led to believe based on the lack of response by the cashier after I didn’t tip them. Not a goodbye not a thank you nothing. I know it’s Vogue now for corporations to make you feel guilty by not tipping which is actually passing on the fact that they don’t want to raise their wage. Instead they respond by putting a tipping function on their machines. So if you pay with your debit card or credit card The tipping function appears.bI’m not here to subsidize your workforce. As much is I appreciate that they work hard it should be your job to pay them enough that you don’t have to use graft as a manner of trying to guilt your customers into tipping them. It’s a clever way so you don’t have to raise their wage. Cute but we know what you’re up to Subway. Your people are rude. At least the cashier was at about 5:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon. If you want to be treated like crap be sure to go to this Subway!

Came in…. they were making orders to go but we waiting 15 minutes and they still hadn’t helped us. Then one of the employees disappeared and they still weren’t helping. There was line behind us and people started to leave. One of the employees told the kids not to go to the bathroom…. which was weird. We left after that.

The manager at Subway always comes across as angry and stuck up, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. She’s not friendly or welcoming, and it’s obvious she doesn’t treat the employees well either—you can see it in the way she talks to them. There’s a negative energy in the store whenever she’s around, and it affects the service and atmosphere. As a customer, it’s disappointing to walk into a place where the person in charge clearly doesn’t care about being respectful or creating a positive environment.

Overall service was good. On Friday, 6/6 they had plenty of help. On Sunday, 6/8 they were shorthanded.

Great experience! We stopped here while on a road trip. The staff was super friendly and engaging. Also, clean restrooms! I was worried about restrooms in “small” establishments. Not this one! Nice place, nice restrooms, great staff! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I used to love coming to this place, but for five years now I get sick from their food in dyersville. I know this because I have ate subway in two different towns close by and never got sick from the subs.
I truly believe that nothing is fresh as they claim, but I’m not the only person who’s gotten sick from Subway in Dyersville.
I don’t recommend this place at least in dyersville.
