This is a great place to get some coffee or something from the bakery! We had a couple of coffees which both tasted great. The staff were friendly and quick. It was a very nice environment to enjoy our coffee in. We would recommend Buttercream Bakery & Coffee Bar if you needed a nice place to enjoy some quality coffee!

Thank you for making my Keyedin Piano Recital cake just perfectly. My students and their families loved it so much. It was even better than I could imagine! You even had each student’s name perfectly on there. We had you as a community partner on the back of our program too. Thank you for all you are to all of us here in Lodi!

Well, this was worth the stop. Locally owned. Coffee was delicious and the views were memorable. There is a room for rent upstairs that you can get for $40/hour OR $25/hour with an order of their delicious bakery food. There are special order sheet cakes starting at $8.95!!! WHAT?!?!? There are breads baked fresh on Fridays. Plenty of room for coffee dates with a friend or three (if you have that many- I don’t.)
We got the pistachio cherry and a mocha, ended up getting two more pistachio cherry. They were delicious.

A very nice little cafe. Excellent selections of coffee types and sweets to eat. The award winning pecan pie bar was very yummy and my iced coffee was very good. The shop had a very pleasant atmosphere and the service was friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up!

This was a nice place to stop at and enjoy a beverage and a treat (hot coffee and a slice of apple coffee cake). The cake was moist and simple. I like desserts that aren’t overly sweet. The atmosphere was beautiful! I found a place to sit that overlooked the river. It was so cozy! I heard Colbie Callait playing in the background (loved the music)! There was a 1980s card game sitting at the table I sat at that looked super fun to play with a group of people. The place was clean and cute, with gift items for sale (bath bombs, cards, artwork, bracelets, etc.). I spent $4.95 on the small cup of coffee and the piece of cake. It was very affordable and a super serene and chill place! There was a lot of space. The whole time I was there, I only saw 4 other people come and go. The bathroom was easy to find, labeled “4U2P.” The place has real character and charm. Besides, the name is super clever! Great place .

Buttercream Bakery has a wonderful variety of scrumptious scones! I purchase 3 different kinds on Friday morning (pumpkin spice, cranberry orange and cherry almond). All of them were tasty. I love iced coffee with added flavors from hazelnut, pumpkin spice, toasted marshmallow and caramel! Megan is a wonderful baker!

Megan and her staff are the absolute BEST ‼️ If she ever close the doors to her bakery I am going to need her personal phone number‼️ There is isn’t a soul or another business in Wisconsin that can make a good old fashioned scratch made cake like Megan at Buttercream Bakery ‼️ Thank you Megan for the card you gave my family and I during our time of grieving my Aunt. Words won’t ever be able to describe or express how much that meant to us‼️ You are definitely one of a kind and so are your cakes‼️ Simply amazing and irreplaceable ‼️ May the Lord continuously bless and favor you and your business‼️ You’re awesome and phenomenal‼️

The food and coffee is good, but the atmosphere was not the best. The chairs at the tables were worn, the leather chair in the corner was very worn out and the floors were extremely dirty. Internet is also very slow. I would highly recommend trying the coffee and food as it is good, but not necessarily the most comfortable to sit for a while.

I’ve tried coming here four times now. The baked goods are always stale, the coffees and teas have no flavor. It’s like nothing is made with care. Lacks taste and flavor. Everything is bland. Service was not good each time which was so a bummer.

My husband and I drive from Sauk specifically for their coffee (Collectivo ❤️). I hike in and around the Lodi area a lot and nothing like a sugar free decaf latte from Buttercream to warm my insides after a good hike. They also have a wonderful range of quiches, crossiant, cookies, cheesecake and even gluten free options.
Love taking my coffee just outside to enjoy a few sips by the creek and watch the ducks. Absolutely love this coffee house and bakery. ❤️
