This place is definitely one of the better spots in Valdosta! I got the shrimp catfish and fries and it was incredible.The presentation, the flavor, it’s the perfect place to eat here in Valdosta. I plan to come back and try the chicken shawarma!

The food was great! The seasoning they put on the fries is the best! Great service, the lady in the truck was very nice and gave us great recommendations and accommodated all of our requests or changes to our items. I do wish there was a better seating area for guests. It takes about 15 minutes for your food after you order and the seating area isn’t the best.

What an incredible find! This food truck blew me away. I tried the Chicken Shawna and the Philly Cheesesteak, and both were absolutely delicious,fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. The fries were hot, crisp, and perfectly seasoned, and the strawberry drink was refreshing and hit the spot.
On top of the amazing food, the staff were outstanding. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy with their order. You could tell they take pride in what they do, and it really shows in both the service and the food.

Absolutely amazing experience! This was my third time ordering the chicken shawarma, and it was once again packed with flavor and perfectly made. We also tried the Philly cheese sandwich, which was excellent, and discovered they sell amazing cheesecake, a must try dessert. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met, so welcoming and attentive. Which made the whole visit even better. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. I’m definitely coming back again!

I just tried the chicken shawarma from the new ZigZag Mediterranean Food Truck in Valdosta on Baytree Road— and wow, it was amazing!
The meat was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. You could tell it was freshly cooked and seasoned just right. The pita was warm and soft, and the garlic sauce they used was super creamy with a little kick. Everything worked together perfectly — the veggies were really fresh.
If you like good food with big flavor, you need to try this place.

Very friendly people, I felt welcomed right away!! I came here with my wife and kids and honestly ordered a little bit of everything. The Catfish and shrimp are amazing!!! We also tried the shawarma and ZIGZAG BOX which were delicious. I also ordered a Kofta plate that smelled sooo good this was my favorite Also don’t skip out on the dessert, the strawberry cheesecake took care of my sweet tooth! Please give this place a try it’s honestly great!!!

I had the kofta plate and It was fantastic. Everything on the plate was fresh and light. The portion sizes are generous as well so you’re definitely getting what you pay for. This plate can easily compete with any other Mediterranean or Middle Eastern food in the area. It was that good.
