I ordered my food via mobile at this location an hour before my lunch break bc I knew it would be a min. I normally order from the Pelham rd location but since it is 0.7 miles from my job I decided to order from here. Here it is 2 hours later and a 30 min break and I still don’t have my food. I am beyond pissed. I have tried reaching out and cannot get through to anybody. Pissed.

Very disappointed because i have now tried contacting customer support on an issue i had on 11/13 and no one has reached out to me. the employees there are always friendly however i ordered 4 chicken strips and what i got was just beyond me. if you are out of a product you could let me know or refund me but don’t do something as absurd as what i experienced. i got two strips and a few nuggets. i will attach a picture but i cannot return to cfa until someone resolves this issue. i’ve contacted customer support three times now and nothing.

we asked the lady at the counter if we could have well done fries and she told us yes we could. they didn’t give us well done fries. I went back and asked if they could give us well done fries and the older gentleman (probably the manager) gave me an attitude tell me they don’t do or have the equipment to do it. not one chick fil a has ever been this rude to me just for asking for well done fries. I’ve always had well done fries. if he wouldn’t have given me an attitude it would be different but I will not be eating at this chick fil A anymore because of him.

Good food. Nice employees, but the wait to order and get your order was insane at 11am when they opened on a weekday. I’ll never do this again. It took almost 30 minutes. Was the kitchen not prepared?

Last wk I made my first visit to this location and left highly displeased. I ordered a 6 count kids nugget meal. After receiving from driving thru I pulled up to check for accuracy as usual. Good thing I did. I noted the french fries were not filled and there were none in the bag. Instead of a 6 count, I received a 4 count. I drove around immediately to ask for correction. I’d been the ONLY customer since my order and served by the same employee and supervisor. However, I was asked for my receipt. Ok, protocol maybe but didn’t fit!
The picture of the fries is the SECOND set aka the corrected version. It is emptier than the first set. 2 nuggets were added to the original pack which would have been fair if they weren’t already tiny. It would have appropriate to offer a fresh pack.
This visit was less than the Chick-fil-A customer service standard and enough for me to go out of my way to the Woodruff Rd or Laurens Rd location!l when I’m in the area. The supervisor on duty was aware of the situation and bagged my items both times. She decided to communicate via a crew member and not directly with me. It was 8 and we needed to get home for hw so I could not go inside to resolve.

This is my FAVORITE LOCATION! The managers come out and bring your order to you, the staff are very friendly and listen attentively. And their french fries are always hot and crispy! Their sandwich bun is gluten-free and tastes delicious!This location knows how to add the right amount of sugar to their sweet tea! Love this location!!

I don’t know why it took 15 minutes to get my mobile order. The associate would not even look and ask if I needed help. So not my pleasure. For 2 drinks 15 minutes I will not be back to this location.
