Eating a very low carb diet, Pablo’s is a good choice. Kaya provided friendly professional service to us. The beef fajita salad was fantastic. Steak was cooked exactly as ordered. Greens were fresh and the green tomatillo complimented it perfectly.

We have visited twice and gotten a booth. The food is made in the kitchen, not reheated Cisco crap. Service is a little slow but worth the wait. Generous portions too, so not a bad price. They were out of stuff on a Tuesday night, but we will forgive them for that as they had two great desserts.

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. Decided to give Pablo’s Steakhouse a try. So, So glad we did. My husband stopped in earlier that week in case we needed a reservation. Just mentioned we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. When we arriving , they had decorated our booth with balloons, etc, the food was so good, and the dessert was free. What a pleasant surprise. Thanks again, Jerri, you made our special day even more special.

I ordered the combo sirloin steak (med) and BBQ pork ribs, baked potato and broccoli, to go.
The steak was cooked, and seasoned, perfectly. The ribs, overall were tasty, but part of the serving was too dry. (Strange, that only a small section of the “1/4”, was dry..hmmm.)
Broccoli was perfect! Steamed I am assuming.
The portions are enough for me to get two complete meals from one.
Finally, I ordered pie to go. Their pie crust is homemade and is delicious. I DO think a slice of pie is too expensive, however, at $8.19. Nevertheless, for homemade, once-in-a-while, the cost is “doable.”
Atmosphere? There are goat or some kind of animal skeleton skulls on one wall. Yeah. No.

If you’re passing through, pick this place for outstanding food! Don’t worry, you’ll get what you pay for. Pablo Burger is excellent. Wings are huge and done right!

It was probably just a bad day so take this opinion with a grain of salt. It was my servers first day on the job – she did a fine job. As you can see from my pics I went with a sirloin dinner- medium. The cook nailed it – but somehow the steak was tough and chewy ♂️. The salad was actually the best part of my meal. My side was a pineapple yam. I thought it would be a dish with yams and pineapple – very creative I thought and I had to try it. I was wrong. No pineapples involved at all ♂️

Reasonable prices. Chicken Taco Salad was very good and with a fresh whole large chicken breast slices (not pre sliced warmed up strips) and a real half of an avocado (not just a plop of guacamole from a jar). Service was very good. Spaghetti with meat sauce had nicely browned very generous portion of hamburger meat. Carrot cake was very tasty but would have been even better if a layer style versus sheet cake cut.

Our first time to Benson. We were recommended to come here. Nice little family style restaurant. Nothing fancy, but the food is good and it beats the hell out of a chain restaurant. Staff is VERY friendly and our food was plate lickin good. My girlfriend had the breaded shrimp and my sweetie and I shared the chicken fried steak. Margaritas were also very good. Keep doing what your doing Pablos, we will be back!
