Good experience at the Papa John’s in Fleming Island. The crew was friendly and worked fast even though the place was packed. Customer service was great, and the 50% off carryout specials made it an awesome deal. Pizza was solid, will definitely be back!

Ordered 2 pizzas via Instacart- Olive and sausage. Upon receiving pizzas, found that there were 2 Olive, no sausage pizzas. Called the restaurant to see if it could be resolved, and was interrupted and told that it’s an Instacart order and that it would have to be dealt with through them. Tried to ask them what order they saw on their end (since we reviewed the order from our end and it was correct on the app) and was interrupted again, just being told to go through Instacart.
Even after picking off the topping and still eating the pizza, it was dry and didn’t taste good. Reading other reviews, it seems they mess up orders repeatedly. We are avoiding in the future.

Just bad all around. We love Papa J but this is the third strike for this location. It took 90 minutes for delivery (not for the first time) and the pizza looked deformed as if it wasn’t properly cook. Can’t really review the taste since we had to throw a lot of it out.

Delivery and customer service was amazing. I placed an order between 7:30-8:00 pm and not only did they deliver quickly and fresh but the item i thought wasn’t included in my order was replaced kindly and with urgency. I then found the item so it was completely my fault. Called to apologize and received excellent customer service yet again. Forever a repeat customer!!

My online order for delivery sent me a receipt for carry out. I didn’t realize until 30 minutes later after I got a notification that it was done. I paid a delivery tip and everything and when I called the Manager Pedro said he would look into it. He removed my tip and delivery charges and a bit extra for the pick up. He was very willing to help with the mistake. I appreciate the effort of making things right !
