After waiting in drive through for quite a while (line wasn’t that long), they forgot my quesidilla, had to go in and wait for them to make it (luckily didn’t drive home before noticing).

No drink holder offered for 3 large Pepsi’s (of course spilled in the car), 4 napkins and 5 hot sauce packets for an order of over a dozen items.

No markings for burritos ordered with extra / without onions (always fun having to open every burrito to try and figure it out, yay).

Live 5 minutes from this location. Left my house at 8pm and arrived back home at 9:20pm with cold bag of $60 Taco Bell.

Employees too busy screwing around instead of paying attention.

I suppose I shouldn’t have expected a different outcome.

What really makes someone mad is that you expect 100% in your favor on the very first day they’re open get a life their training they’re all new they’re trying! You don’t need to visit that Taco Bell again. Nor do you need to visit any other establishment in our little town
