Sitting here now !! Ordered a wrap was told I couldn’t add anything like cucumber so I asked for it to be put on bread ! One of the chubby young girls in the mean time was working the register with her gloves on the brushed her hair back and proceeded to pickup my sandwich!! When I asked her to put clean gloves she got an attitude from hell !! Her manager removed her from the line Her attitude needs major improvement

Ordered 3 sandwhiches online. Not one came prepared the way it was ordered. No dressing on any of the sandwhiches, bread choice was wrong on one. We all got the same hard, stale bread with no deessing. Two of the sandwhiches were only 5in. It was the worst experience. To much food (money) wasted.

There is an issue with employees making sandwiches incorrectly when I order through the app, and then making excuses when brought to their attention.
The Turkey Titan comes with 33% more meat and double cheese. The last four times I have ordered this sandwich, it did not come with the extra. This last time when I pointed it out, the employee looked at the receipt and said ‘this doesn’t show that you order extra’. But I asked her ‘doesn’t The Turkey Titan come with extra meat and cheese? Because the receipt clearly shows I ordered a #15 Turkey Titan’. And then I pointed to the menu where it shows extra. She went and talked to her supervisor in the back and came back and told me that only applies to a footlong. Which is absurd. The six inch Turkey Titan still gets more meat and cheese, or else why would I pay extra for it? If that’s the case, I would just order a regular turkey sandwich. She finally went ahead and added the extra meat and cheese. The fact that I’ve pointed this out several times, and then this last time the employee argued with me, motivates me to no longer order online through the app. The food is always wrong, and the employee make excuses and didn’t even apologize. Terrible customer service.

All the employees were fantastic fast courteous and professional loved it and the white lady with the very long Brown hair was my favorite she was funny and all compliments above she was THE BEST! I Thought she should be the manager the way she had control over everyone and wvwry situation pretty much on her own

Little red haired girl was not very approachable and unprofessional . Actually kind of rude. Plus this subway never has any other bread besides flar ,white or wheat. Customer service goes along way .
