Check out 23 Court Cigar & Whiskey Bar! The bartenders, Ascher and Justin, are truly outstanding. I’ve never had a bad drink there. They also feature a weekly local food truck, Smokin with Bibb, which serves absolutely delicious food. I highly recommend the oxtails, green beans, and crab mac and cheese. The atmosphere and vibe are fantastic!

Such a nice spot. Justin was so knowledgeable too. I’m not a big cigar smoker but I like one a few times a year and I told him that I like a good mild one and he picked up a perfect one for me. I also like a very occasional Smoky whiskey and he picked out one that was exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed with the place.

Great cigar bar. My friends and I are in town temporarily and really enjoyed 23 Court. We were looking for an upscale cigar bar to get great cocktails and cigars. 23 Court did not disappoint.
Humidor has a good selection of cigars. I feel like anyone can find something to smoke. The prices appeared reasonable for the cigars. The old fashioned was very good. Although they don’t provide table service, the bartender went out of his way to bring us drinks upstairs. Really enjoyed our time and will return. Thanks!

The atmosphere was perfect. The leather seats were high quality. The bartenders were very good at what they do. Ambiance was perfect. Live music with Wes Hill was awesome. He definitely passed the vibe check. Would recommend to my clients

Was there with friends as the DD. I don’t smoke so I was just planning to hang out but the bartender made it very clear that if I wasn’t drinking or smoking that he didn’t want me there. Really?? One dude in a group of 6 isn’t drinking and you can’t figure out what’s going on there? He made it a very uncomfortable situation for us since we were planning to be there a few hours.
Response to owner: when the bartender pretty much says I need to buy something or leave, and that only paying customers are allowed upstairs, I’m not going to waste my time with further conversation. It’s pretty obvious to most people that if one person in a large group isn’t drinking that they’re the driver.
