I placed an order through door dash and when I received my food…the chicken breast was completely burnt on the bottom. I called the store, they passed the Buck to door dash and door dash refunded me $3.55!!! Less than what it would cost to replace the item!! Not very good customer service on anyone’s part!!

Robin went above and beyond for my wife. Yesterday, we came by for lunch. My wife ordered the Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi and it came out with no shrimp. Returning today for lunch, Robin offered to cook up the missing shrimp, on the house. My wife took up Robin’s offer and we shortly got the shrimp after.

This place was decent. Went here for dinner because the place was new and it wasn’t the best. For paying, the cards wouldn’t work. My parents use Apple Pay and Apple Card and it didn’t work. We had to use Mastercard even though it says they accept Apple Pay. I got the “Wisconsin Style Mac and Cheese” and it wasn’t the best. I asked for chicken and didn’t get a single piece. I was expecting a little more. The place was clean and the workers were nice but the food wasn’t the best. Overall, this place is okay but it was a little expensive.

I felt compelled to leave a review, after having such a wonderful experience at this location two days ago. We have been eating at Noodles chains for over a decade, but this most recent experience was even above and beyond what we have come to expect. The food was exceptionally good, the staff were conscientious and the service was very fast. We were very impressed. The staff seemed happy to be there and it made a difference on our experience. Thank you!
