Unfortunately they ran out of meat for the sandwich I went in for. Not sure how . It wasn’t even 5 pm . Ordered something else . Sat down to eat and there was dead bugs all over the table and window ledge. Definitely had not been recently cleaned . I will not go back if I’m in the area.

Walked in and saw a “$6.99 meal deal” sign in the window. Stated I want to do that deal and proceeded with my order. I ended up stating I was doing the $6.99 deal 3 times throughout the process when certain questions were asked while they built my sub.
At no point during that process did they mention the sub I was building didn’t qualify for their deal despite it being the sub on their window sign. At the register I found out that my sub was going to be $4 more because both employees didn’t feel it necessary to explain the sub I chose from their sign in the window wasn’t the sub of the day and didn’t qualify for their $6.99 deal.
I then payed more than I wanted to for a meal, only to be served warm soda because their ice machine was broken, which they also already new about! Why can’t these two different employees simply explain their deal to a mistaken customer or warn them when they’re purchasing a drink when its going to be warm because the machine is broken? It’s basic customer service

It was very horrible. The food was very soggy I saw a mouse run by my feet, maggots near the food, a cricket in the chip trolley and the people who where serving me there, where vaping they also where very rude to me also the only kid that was actually working was a kid about 16yr old he was ginger I think I would not recommend this subway gross

Great staff. Henry was very friendly to my family and everybody that came afterwards while we ate our sandwiches. Don’t normally leave a review but this was a good family experience during a long road trip.

I ordred a foot long and they gave me a 6 inch, i tried to get my money back and they threatened to kick me out so I was going to eat it until I noticed they spit on it. (Mind you I know nobody here.) On top of that the bread was burnt and I cant even say much for the diner. It looked like they never wiped off the chairs and the floors under thr tables hadnt been swept in months. Do NOT waste your money going here.

The ladies service for prepping sandwiches were good but when a customer comments on how cold it is in this store for dinning in and yet one states they turned down the heat because they were hot is total lost for customer service. Looked on their thermostat and it said 61 degrees!!! Meet my mom n sister for supper otherwise we would’ve left.

Nice to go in tonite and get service from 2 gals the were personable while making my sanwhich and doing there other work! To many times lately the middle aged manager (male) is too busy making his employees run around while he stands around. Feel sorry for some of them! Love the sandwich’s! Thanks Joe
