Got a regular size roast beef sandwich with some hot peppers in about 5 minutes. Bread was soft and very fresh, smelled great
(Freshly baked). Service was quick polite and professional from young kids (not baby goats!). Beef tasted awesome too! Recommended!

2nd Visit:
Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 at 7:30 PM. Went there the girl at the register was I guess doing the register count. She told me that they close at 7 PM. Update your hours on Jimmy Johns App and Google. Unless they are closing early when they are not supposed to.
Went to another location and they also said that they get complaints about this location and customers get mad at them when none of this is their fault.
If the owner of this location can’t manage it then sell it to someone who can.
I am not sure how Jimmy John’s HQ allows this. I have worked in food service before and there is no way a franchise would allow this type of mismanagement at the place I have worked. Judging by reviews from other people and Jimmy John’s response, this is not resolved and they might not even care.

Got a veggie sub. Opened it in the car to make sure my extras were added and realized they did not add avocado. Went back in to the store showed the employee so they gave me ‘side’. This is what I got as a side of avocado. LOL! Smh. Should have just gone to Augustino’s.

Very good sandwiches and service. Only thing I would ask for future visits is that the sandwiches be marked. I bought two and it would be nice to know which they were before opening as I’m saving one for Monday, not for today. Minor issue.

Forget paying by card, a tip option doesn’t have a skip or no. Goes 15, 20, 25, 30, custom.
Ordered my sandwiches, got um fast, and handed to me loose. Bags were stacked at the end of the assembly line and had to bag my to go order myself after tipping 15% for getting 2 standard sandwiches with no modifications add ons or substitutions.
Haven’t been to Jimmy’s in a long time, probably won’t visit this location again.

Came in today and ordered a #10 and chips. Was told sandwich would be up shortly. After sitting and waiting 10 mins a worker comes around to me and asks if I’m waiting for a pickup order. I tell her I just ordered and she looks confused. The young lady who actually took my order asks me what I ordered again and they proceed to make my sandwich, but when I got home it’s the wrong sandwich. No extra roast beef no provolone cheese. Overall experience wasn’t good today.

I visited this Jimmy John’s location today and encountered a wonderful manager, the kindest cashier and most perfect sandwich makers ever! Our order was fresh, and they were all efficient! The whole visit made my day! I highly recommend this location!
