The first time we tried The Paleta Bar was in Albuquerque and we loved it! Since we live closer to Santa Fe, we were very happy to find The Paleta Bar here.
My kids love creating new paleta concoctions every time (see photos). But, my recommendation is: splurge on the strawberry Dubai paleta!!! It is seriously delicious and worth the money to try it at least once.
The location is very clean and the staff is very friendly and patient with the kids. We have visited several times and we have enjoyed each visit. Kudos to the team there, because they make the place inviting and pleasant!

Was disappointed with taste and price :(. My son got the Limon palteta, it was over $5 here. But Refresqueria las delicias has better Limon and it’s only $3.25 there. Plus the elote option is “elote entero” (on the cob), not just in el vaso ( the cup). There are more options there.

I’ve only come here a few times so far. However each time the service is amazing and excellent. The staff is kind and friendly even when your child drops half their ice cream on the floor. LOL I like to support local businesses and this one seems to be almost like a hole in the wall because it’s tucked away there in the corner. I think it’s pretty good I really like it I got the tres leches and I thought it was amazing. And that says a lot because I’m very picky about my Tres Leches especially when they turn it into an ice cream? It was great though they had many variety of flavors as you’ll see in my photos or videos can’t remember which ones I posted maybe both? Either way place was amazing. I got a Tres Leches with Fruity Pebbles gummy bears and strawberries with a half white chocolate dip. You get a choice between a drizzle full and half. Definitely a great place to bring your children on the hot day. Now it is a little pricey but not any more expensive than say baskin-robbins. Which I also love. But this place has become my new favorite ice cream shop because of the options I like their options and their service. Definitely check it out if you’re in the mood for something sweet and cool off.

The chili watermelon Paletas with filled chili and chamoy! Next level! I added lime and fresh watermelon. My partner got the mango paleta dipped with chili and chamoy. Very fresh! A great experience. Definitely pricier compared to paletas alone but so fresh.

A most creative Ice Cream concept (apparently a franchise and located in other New Mexico and Arizona.
So many choices of ‘paletas’ – ice cream and or popsicle bars on a stick..choose your flavor. Dip them, top them, add fruit….worth the cost…share one. Save room for dessert while dining in Santa Fe and get to The Paleta Bar….conveniently south of town on Cerrillos Road. You’ll be glad you did….wish they’d open one in Tucson! And it’s a great concept for a party dessert….Create your own Paleta Bar!

First time coming to this location. Here and the staff made it to where it was WORTH the money. I got a mango covered with chamoy and tajin mixed with diced watermelon. It was amazing and the savory and sweetness matched so well and the staff serving me was so nice.
The place was very nice and clean and I hope to come again with the same expectations and how my last visit went.

To many options! I didn’t even think some of these flavors of paleta existed. So many toppings. Perfect dessert if you’ve been eating chilie all day
