This place NEVER serves fresh pizza. It always looks like it has been sitting there all week and they reheat it for you. I just watched the employee take several fresh pizzas out of the oven and stick them underneath the counter while at the same time serving the nasty week old looking pizza.
If you people would stop buying their pizza, they would have to change this ridiculous behavior or simply go out of business like they should.

I just ordered a cheese pizza since I am well accustomed to the delicious pizzas Sbarro sells. Unfortunately, the cheese pizza was not only cold it had too much cheese and was the worst pizza I EVER had from Sbarros. I would absolutely veer anyone and everyone AWAY from this location. It is NOT as good as other locations. I understand there are not many options at this rest area therefore, I would recommend keep driving and get something that is worth it and something you’ll enjoy.

I ordered a whole pie and they stuck it in single boxes. By the time I got to my truck every slice was soaked through and the boxes were as well. The pieces were stuck to the cardboard and I got Greece all over the place.

Pretty much what I expect when there is no Italian guy named Tony in the back tossing the pizza. Good food that hit the spot that is not bad. A for effort but amateur NY style pizza making nonetheless. I was disappointed that they failed to capture the true NY pizzeria experience by not offering inexpensive items such as oregano and garlic powder as pizza toppings. To me, that is what makes NY style pizza taste so good the most is the fresh dried oregano flakes and fresh garlic powder as toppings, instead of the crushed red pepper and grated parmesan cheese. Though, the delicious roasted garlic dip cup does fill that garlic craving void well!

I got a pepperoni Strombolis last week and this week a spinach Stronbolis. The pepperoni was at best 2 stars, it was a bit warm and looked like it had been sitting too long.
This week I had the spinach and it was even worse than the pepperoni. Every bit was worse than the last.
My expectations were already low and yet they were exceeded in the very worst way.

If you are looking for a barely warmed over pizza with a soggy thin crust, look no more. They need to figure out how to properly keep their food warm. The conveyor system they use is sadly deficient. Inside the Service Plaza.

Worst customer service ever. The cashier was trying to cheat us by not giving all the items in the combo. I had to re-ask them to provide me everything where he eventually gave me what I wanted. Also I asked an employee who is a lady for a soda refill and she replied that there wouldn’t be any refills which is not the same at Sbarro, 888 N County Rd 260, Clyde, OH 43410 which is on the opposite side of the road.
