I was planning to place an order for the first time and decided to call. The first thing I was told when answering the call was that they were closed, without any greeting or professionalism. I politely mentioned that their website says they close at 11, and the person responded, “Nope, we took the last order at nine!” In a sarcastic tone. That experience alone is enough for me to decide not to do business with them just rude and unprofessional.

Terrible Management extremely rude!! Employees not trained right. General manager (Joey) doesn’t care about how food leaves his store. I called to notify that my food was not cooked how I ordered it, Joey decides he wants to be upset and yell about how he doesn’t care and there’s nothing he can do about it.

Called at 8:45 on a Saturday and they tell me they are done taking orders even tho they close at 11pm. So I try right away to order online thinking it’s just lazy teenagers. So it accepts my order and takes payment and says it will be there in one hour. It never was delivered. Never got my food. They don’t even open until 4 pm then on week days close at 9pm. The building had a car run into it and they didn’t open back up for over a year. That little building couldn’t be fixed in less then a year?? And then when u r there and pay with debit card they are still in ancient times where they hand u a clipboard with a huge receipt and pen and ask for a signature. It’s 2025 why am I still signing for using a debit card. I think it’s because they ask for a tip for u coming to pick your pizza up. Management needs to do better!!!!

The people that work there are super friendly. They don’t have a bunch of people who work there so sometimes it does take a while. Everything is made to order and as fresh as possible. Whenever they mess up my order they always make it right
