Pho UNICORN Alert! Tasty+Low Price+Good portions. Broth good, meats not overcooked, AND pre -pandemic prices. Large here is Large. One of the few places with Peanut Sate Pho which is our go to. Also has specials like free appetizers. A bit far for us but we are willing to drive there as our closer go to phos have closed.

I love the Vietnam Palace Grill & Noodle House ! Amazing food and the service is also great. I’ve never had a traditional Vietnamese chicken noodle soup that also has vegetables, the soup was amazing and for a small it seemed like a big portion. I also like how they have 2 for 1 for the soups. I’ll be coming back for sure

Been here quite few times over the years just going down hill, every time, yes the combo deal seems like a good deal but not really. The broth is sooo bland even adding fish sauce hosien and hot sauce and every thing just like water adusultly no flavor too the meal balls or meat. And the hot sauce is watered down. I make better pho at home. For what I payed.

I think that the food could be improved with a little bit of salt, but there is available soy sauce, fish sauce, and hoisin sauce to spruce up your meal. The grub is cheap (we spent around $30 for 2 pax) but still filling. The Pho is good for one person, as are their Bahn Mis. We also got their dumplings which we thought was the star of the show. Tip; you can request more greens free of charge.

The food wasn’t the best. I have had much better pho in Calgary. On 16 Ave and one in Brentwood. The frying oil is rancid. The beef has a weird taste and there is so much of it in the pho. Makes me wonder if it’s legit beef? None gives that much…. Anywhere. Broth was very weak. They give lots of basil.

Absolutely unacceptable! I’ve eaten here twice — last Saturday and again yesterday — and both times the chicken was spoiled. It smelled bad and tasted disgusting, like it had been sitting for days. How can a restaurant serve food in this condition? This shows a serious lack of hygiene and food safety. I’ll never come back, and I strongly warn others to be careful before eating here.

It’s a decent pho restaurant. The one thing it has going for it is the promotion they run which makes it cheaper if you’re eating in a group. I haven’t seen much people eat here, it’s typically very empty. The pho broth lacks aromatics but the beef flavour is strong.

Is it the best Pho? No, but it’s pretty good. Service is nice. The place is clean. But the best thing about this place is the VALUE!! For the price this is the best in the city. I like the promotions! It’s a good basic pho spot for an incredible price. I will definitely come back again! In a city where prices keep going up, it’s refreshing to find a spot that still honors good value. (If you want extra bowls or take our containers, yes, they have to charge. They could not get away with the amazing promotions if they didn’t add extra up charges here and there.)

Prices are affordable and did not seem to rise too much. Slightly busy on weekend but not busy on weekdays. They have lots of special discount offers/coupon deals for future visits, but the taste in general I have had better. Bun BO Hue overpowered in hotness and not so much fragrance/sweetness. The meat slices was the same as the Pho Dac Biet but didn’t have any of the pork meatballs (“ja”), pork hock, or pork blood. It is one of my favourite dishes but I was not impressed.

This was supposed to be a Pad Thai. It was spaghetti noodles in a weird sauce. Shame on me for trusting a Thai dish to a Vietnamese restaurant. Take it off the menu because it is not done well at all. Thank you.
