if you’re looking for a lunch on the mountain or a snack after a cold ski day, this place is the BEST!!!! the owner was so nice and friendly and even gave us extra soup because he was closing, and everything we had was delicious. tastes like homemade soup but you’re at a ski mountain, what more could you want?? and also some creative hot dog combos if that’s what you’re into. 100/10 would recommend!!

I stopped into Soup Dog to pick up quarts of soup to bring back to where my group was staying.
There were many frozen and refrigerated options, but fresh hot soup choices and hot dogs were available as well.
My favorites were the turkey soup, the cheesy sausage and mushroom, and the chicken piccata soup.

Soup dog is a literal hidden gem, you see the sign but it’s all the way in the back so it feels like a little treasure hunt. After skiing you want a place to grab something hearty that makes you melt all that snow fatigue away? This is the place. Home-made soup, tasty hot dogs, reasonable pricing, awesome bundles, and a nice vibe. I love this place, and as a soup fan they did not disappoint, even add a hot dog and a drink and that’s all I need apres ski. 100% recommend, it was so good! Also did I mention they do different soups daily?? That’s awesome! Vegetarian options available as well! I got the broccoli cheddar soup and the Hawaiian dog.

Soup Dog is the cozy little spot I didn’t know I needed. Their soups are rich and comforting, and the hot dogs are downright addictive—especially when you dip them in your soup (trust me on that). The staff is super friendly, and the whole place just feels warm and welcoming. Perfect for a cold day or anytime you need a little comfort in a bowl and a bun.

Vegan Dog and veggie soup combo is worth every penny after a shred day.

Perfect spot to grab an exceptional quick bite. The soups are all scratch recipes developed by a talented local artist. Dogs are perfect, try the jalepeno relish. Don’t be scared of a long line or packed parking lot, they keep it moving fast and will have you out in no time.

Im from chicago so he was screwed on my hot dog review. Veggie soup was really good. Was different had a lot of extra spices and it worked. I would come back for more soup and try another dog that my chicago blood wouldnt like.

Wonderful place for family and/or friends. We will be back whenever we return to Killington. We hit it up after a long, cold ski day, and it delivered the goods on all fronts. Everybody was happy, and my kids are annoyingly picky eaters. The soups and dogs were delicious, and Matt is a great guy, who cares about your experience. We even got into a conversation about Stranger Things, but there’s nothing scary or strange here. Just remember you need to drive behind Dominic’s to get there!

Stopped by on a Monday after a day of skiing. Soup was hot and soothing to the soul. I wouldn’t think to pair a hotdog with a soup by it works! And they’re Nathan’s, even better!! Owner makes all soups and is a great host. Skip the mediocre killington restaurants and stop by Soup Dog for amazing food with a great atmosphere. 10/10 would return!!!!
