Usually they are pretty good, but lately during the 12:00 lunch hour it seems like it’s always something wrong. Either they ran out of bread or you walk up to a sign on the door cash only. I feel like they are starting to do these type of tactics on purpose because it gets very busy during lunch and they are being lazy and don’t want to work to avoid large crowds. Such an inconvenience for those who work down town and looking for a quick place. I don’t recommend coming here during lunch because it’s always a problem.

This is actually just a quick shout out to one of my favorite restaurants. It’s a Subway, obviously. Closest one to my office in downtown Richmond. I stop in here a couple of times a week. What I like best about it is the staff. They are all friendly, helpful, and a lot of fun. And, I am a creature of habit. I know what I want when I come in and make it the way I always like it.

Awful place! I literally just went there at 2pm and the restaurant was open with 3 people inside and the person that works there ignored me completely giving me attitude for no reason. As soon I walked in the person seating on his phone behind the counter said to the kids that were there “look what ya’ll did a real customer” and still nothing he just came out and mumble we’re closed and clearly the place was still open, he just didn’t care. I’ll never comeback tho this specific subway that’s for sure. Today’s date 09/30/2025

The staff here is fantastic. The restaurant is clean. The food was fresh, and made correctly. The Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki is my go to, and love that this location is a quick walk from work. Always nice to get out and get fresh air in my lunch break.

Great food and customer service. The cashier’s let us use the restroom after a long trip on the highway and when we came back to the garage we decided to give them our business and purchase our meals here for that kindness. Most places won’t let you use the restroom without buying something but these folks were humane to our plight. Will visit again soon

Bad customer service. Due to a mixup in understanding my order, a sandwich was prepared wrong. When I requested it be corrected, the sandwich maker said I was holding up the line. Then they started arguing amongst themselves about it. At one point, one of them said it was my fault. Point blank.

The only and busiest Subway in the restaurant and they cannot get their act together.
Horrible customer service. First of all, the staff is not ready to listen what the person wants on their sandwich, then have to repeat everything twice because they are not listening and keep telling you to say it again, they make ur sandwich as if they are doing a humongous favor on you.
And the best part is, if you get a soup, they will invariably throw in a fork and a knife in your bag instead of a spoon. Who eats soup with a fork and a knife?????????????

When they opened, I was very happy to have a good menu, but worried if anyone would know it was there. Seems to get more crowded every time I go, about ten dishes, salad, bread, and dessert are on the menu.

Taste like cardboard. This is near my office, I only go here if it is pouring rain. Potbellys, Quiznos and Jo Jo’s are all better options. The line gets long, I can only assume because of the false ‘healthy’ advertising.

It’s clearly stated on google maps, aswell as on their front door that they’re open until 3PM. What they mean is they lock the doors at 2:30pm and they leave at 3PM. State your hours clearly, liers.
