I just tried the new Bacon Hot Honey McCrispy, and seriously, it’s the best sandwich McDonald’s has ever put out. It’s got mayo, hot honey, lettuce, and jalapeño crumbles on a potato bun, and it’s just the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. The hot honey isn’t too spicy, but it has a nice little kick. You get the sweet honey first, then the spiciness right after. If you haven’t tried it, you totally should, you might just fall in love with it.

Grill needs to be watched when putting together food… almost ate mold and also no breakfast sauce on anything, even after paying the up charge for my McGriddles. And very flat diet cokes. I did call and came back to the store and they remade my order but still almost eating mold is not okay.

I realize my order was messed up before I left the parking lot and went back around the drive-through just to be pulled up to the drive-through number one parking space and forgotten. Though I had to get out my car and go inside, I was extremely met with outstanding customer service from Malachi, the manager and his crew. I noticed he was running the floor with positivity and direction and compensated me with desserts. It’s been a long time since I experienced really good Customer service and I understand that mistakes and miscommunication couldn’t happen.
I felt as if the manager went above and beyond for me in that moment. And if anything, I trust this particular location over many others.

absolutely horrible. they have horrible service, take forever even when its dead empty, and theyre lazy with their food. i went late at night and waited at the pay window for 3 minutes before pulling up, just to find out they had nobody working there and i had to pay at the pickup window. i got an ice cream cone and they made it so horribly wrong i asked them to remake it, to which the worker flat out told me no and made an excuse on why she couldnt (i work at mcdonalds so i know it wasnt accurate). are we serious??

Came here to get food quickly. Placed an order 15mins. before arriving. Sat for another ten to fifteen minutes before it came out. Burger was missing from bag. Other sandwiches were cold. What were we offered half a small ice cream. I quote my kids “BRUUUHHH”

I am so disappointed, it’s late at night and the only place that is open is a McDonald’s on the way home. I put my order in at 12:09 AM I finally got my food at 12:25. I drive off go to eat in my food is freezing cold. Of course the lobby is closed so I have to go back through the drive-through. instead of offering hot food, The lady working ask”like you wanna refund “? I said yes that’s fine just gives me a refund. the manager comes to help and kindly offers the next time I come through to get a free meal, The manager was very kind and helpful but it would’ve been nice to offer just to make hot food right then.

I went this morning and ordered a chicken biscuit combo add pickles and another chicken biscuit add pickles. I should have checked the bag before I left but I was in a rush. Missing the pickles on both biscuits missing my hash brown and the Coke taste like water. This is the third or fourth time this has happened of missing an item(s) within the last month. Also on top of that I was the only person in the Drive-Thru and still was once I left.
