Came here today with my daughter. The place was super cute with a lot of stuff to look at. The merchandising of products was so attractive, the decor of the store was really nice as well – loved the little signs labeling the cheese, bakery, crepes, and coffee area – again super cute!
Now for the food/drinks.
I got a sweet Nutella and Strawberry crepe – and it was good but I realized that the crepe “shell” I’m not sure had any flavor – is it supposed to? I don’t know. And how different can Nutella and Strawberries be? So no WOW factor.
The coffee – I got a “Miracle on Clifton” HOT coffee and let me tell you – it was NOT a miracle and NOT hot. But oh well.
What I didn’t understand was the bill.
Our coffees were listed for $6.00 and I was charged $6.24 each and crepes listed for $14.00 I was charged $14.56 each
Plus 8% tax = $1.00
I’m confused as to what really happened here. Seems strange.
Anyway, I hope others have a better experience than we did – and hopefully it gets busier so that the barista can get off her cellphone and make some good tips!!!!

We entered into this little spot around 11:30ish and were the only ones there. We thought how cute it looked! So quaint with a lot of things to look at.
There were pastries, crepes, sandwiches, fun seasonal lattes, etc.
The barista wasn’t particularly friendly. Not rude or anything, just not the typical friendly vibe we are used to going to local shops.
I got a seasonal latte, something like white Christmas, and the flavor was really tasty, however, it was barely warm at all. Pretty disappointing when you’re looking for a hot drink to warm up with on such a cold day. :/
I got a mushroom and cheese crepe, which tasted find. Nothing special though. Very overpriced for what you get.
There is no where to sit and eat, so don’t plan on staying here. We asked if we could eat at the bar next door and they said sure. So we appreciated them accommodating us.
We weren’t given silverware or napkins. Which makes senses, if they aren’t used to having people sit down and eat. But the paper underneath the crepe was getting soggy and when I cut my crepe to eat it, the paper kept tearing apart. So I’m sure I ate some paper lol oops 🙁
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and I will likely never be back.
However, I think this business is only like two months old, so perhaps they are still working out the kinks.

This is the cutest new European spot in Cleveland. You actually feel like you’re in France. There’s so many different little foods to try and experience and the workers know all the details about everything so you know what you’re trying before you choose. The homemade croissants are the best I’ve ever had.

We returned on Valentine’s Day for our second visit to this aspirational French café in a walkable section of Clifton Blvd. Unfortunately, it once again fell short. My wife and I both ordered cappuccinos, but they arrived lukewarm and without milk foam. The taste was decent, but it wasn’t truly a cappuccino. Where were the flowers, simple table vases, and café music that create atmosphere? We’re fans of LVL, so we’re hoping for your success. See you in a couple months.

Stopped in for a latte to go and looks like a nice little spot.
Saw the jambon-beurre on their menu and will have to come back– although a simple ham and butter sandwich might not seem like a lot, when done with the right ham, butter, and bread it is sublime.

Nice idea but poorly executed. I hope they refine their food and service.
We were excited to try this place and went on a Wednesday of their opening week. They have some fancy charcuterie and wine for take away and a small menu with a selection of breakfast/light lunch and vegetarian options- salads, sandwiches, crepes, and pastries. They also have an espresso bar.
We ordered the onion soup, crepes with leek and mushroom, almond croissant, and iced latté. The soup was good, served piping hot with a nice amount of Gruyère. Everything else was shoddy. The crepe was so tough that we had to saw through it with a knife, the oyster mushrooms in the crepe were soggy, and the bechamel on top was grainy and broken.
The almond croissant was tragic- so dry and leaden. They sell Mere d’ Isigny butter but doesn’t seem like they use it in the croissants. The person who took our order asked if we’d like it warmed up, which we should have recognized as an indication that the pastries were not fresh.
The latté was not made fresh despite having an espresso machine. Instead the waitstaff poured it out a container of sad brown coffee. The wait staff were not friendly or helpful. They didn’t reply to our greeting when we entered and seemed annoyed that we were reviewing the menu even though we were the only people in the shop.
It is depressing that Clevelanders have to put up with this kind of poor execution. I would expect the chef and staff to have a bit more pride in their work to make the food and hospitality excellent. I hope they can pull it together, it would be nice to have a good cafe in the neighborhood.
