This subway ( white bluff location)was without a doubt the WORST subway experience I have EVER had! We decided to go to this location as it was on our way home, we should have waited until we got home to go to our local subway! We ordered from the drive thru on the ordering board…when we got to the window the cashier said 34 dollars which was about 13 dollars more than what the board said..when we asked what the difference in price the hateful cashier said “our board has the wrong prices ” then he informed me that the drinks alone were almost 5 dollars for a fountain soda! I told him then take the drinks off, and also told him if they are advertising a price that’s the price they were supposed to honor. He started yelling at me saying that he wasn’t going to give me my order! After several minutes of argument over giving me our food he finally pretty much threw it out the window at us! When we started to eat the food both subs were made wrong AND the bread was more than stale! NEVER going back to that subway!

So far I’ve never had a bad experience at this loaction the Manager Jessica is super friendly and helpful. I’ve only had one minor inconvenience and I brought to her attention and she was very receptive and ensured she would correct the issue so I nor anyone else would have the issue in the future. I frequently go in after dropping my kids at school and would definitely recommend this location for anyone wanting Subway.

7:32 pm march 24th. 3 hours before closing, i ordered a meatball sub. The employee turned behind her and started scooping meatballs out of a container that wasn’t in the warmer when i asked if they had been cooked she replied yes, asked if they had been on the warmer she also said yes. So white bluff subway is fine with spreading food poisoning.

My daughter and I ordered through drive through as prompted. Ordering a rotisserie chicken foot long toasted with spinach and sweet onion sauce, as well as a 6in black forest toasted with olives and oil/vinegar…. after waiting 10 min or so for our order being the only ones in line or there, we drive home. Opening our sandwiches, both were cold, untoasted, both missing ingredients and soggy. We payed almost $20 for ultimately just soggy bread sandwiches that we had to toss from the taste. I will not go back to this location and stick to purchasing in store at other locations so i can be sure i am getting what i payed for.

Customer Service was the best. One of those days where everyone was running behind, even me. I ordered for my daughters band class. The gentleman was so sorry for being late. Someone called out. He called to let me know. Upon arrival, it only took a few xtras mins to finish my order. Thank you. Sandwiches was a hit for our daughter

Quick bite and friendly staff member behind the counter tonight. Said to us as we were leaving, “Have a great night, thank you for coming in”. They didn’t have a lot of selections for veggies for the salad though, that was my only complaint 🙂

Love the new drive through option. Better on both employees and customers and fast. I live 15 minutes away and pass a Subway just to eat at this one. Glad the interstate got another option for travelers as well. It was needed.
