I went to Krab Kingz Seafood in Liberty Hill after a review on Facebook. It was beyond that yummy. The Cajun boiled shrimp were delicious; I remember the plate I tried more than 20 years ago but could not find. The sausage, egg, and boiled potatoes taste great too.
My husband ordered fried fish, and it was crispy and amazing. It comes with fries and potatoes that tasted amazing too. Excellent service, experience, and food. All that we ask for the weekend.

I ordered 2 crab cakes and the cluster crab legs. I asked for what I assumed was butter on the side. The butter was supposed to be original. (Wasn’t sure what that was?) It was VERY garlicky and OILY. Not butter. Completely drowned out the crab flavor. That oil was poured over the legs. So incredibly greasy! I couldn’t hold onto them to pull the meat out! I would never ask for that again. I prefer to dip the crab in the butter not have it poured over the legs. If I had ordered that in the restaurant I would have had to wash my hands after every bite!
The crab cakes are good and crunchy on the outside.. The sauce is spicy and probably one cake would have been enough since they are so rich.
2 cakes and 5 crab legs with delivery and tip was 50.00. That’s more than I usually pay for dinner for just myself!

Not good, saw several ads for this place on social media. We decided to stop by on the weekend. Not a huge amount of seating available. The decor is Incredibly stark with primarily white walls and bright led lights, almost industrial feeling, just what you want for a evening dining out. We both ordered the crab of course. The place was mostly full so the two of us had a 8 place round table to ourselves weird but ok. After about a 20 minute wait one of the kitchen help came out to ask us what we ordered!! After we told her she went back to the kitchen. Then the gentleman who took our order came out and said they were having issues In the kitchen and that it would be a few more minutes. OK no problem. Sure enough 10 minutes later out came One of our two orders. Still working on mine I guess. Another 10 to 15 minutes after the wife was mostly done my food arrived. Some of the crab was cold and some was somehow warm on the same
cluster weird. The platter also comes with a Metric ton of potatoes enough for 3 people really. The flavor and amount of heat on my crab was just right though. This place is relatively new so maybe some kinks need to be worked out. But really maybe some softer lighting to start.

O’Neal welcomed us in. Crab platter was seasoned just right, shrimp had the perfect batter and cooked just right. I highly suggest the fried green beans, those were amazingly delicious the crab cakes were pretty good as well. Almost had the boudin taste to it.

Gave this new restaurant a try on Saturday. We called in an order and were told it would be about 30 minutes. At about 25 minutes, we got a text and a phone call saying that our order was ready(we were already on the way to pick up). Walked inside to pick up our order and it was like they had not heard of us. After about 10 minutes of digging, they finally found our order. Nothing was cooked/ready. So we waited-they had our money already….. Another 30 minutes passes and we finally get some food. It’s now been over an hour since we first placed the order. No “sorry for the confusion” or anything of the sort. While it’s understandable that a brand new place will have some kinks to work out, this was pretty bad.

Anyway, we get home and open the box and there’s only about half of what we ordered. We had ordered the 1lb shrimp and 1lb crab pack. We barely got 1lb of crab & shrimp in total(see photo).

We were wholly disappointed in the experience, especially when there wasn’t even an acknowledgement of an issue when we finally got our food. It’s highly unlikely that we will be back as that was a costly $75 bill for half of what we ordered-which is sad because Liberty Hill could use a nice seafood place in town.

Wow. This place is amazing. If you want to have the best seafood in the state of Texas, here it is. Amazingly fat crab legs, juicy sausage, and succulent shrimp. Also the handmade desserts are just the ticket. Cannot wait to go back.

I have been wanting to go here and I finally did. I absolutely love & , I finally tried this place and it did not disappoint. Ordered 3.5lbs of of both, corn and sausage it was seasoned well, crawfish need just a little more cleaning but it was not a big deal, the crab was cooked perfectly very easy eat. The flavor was good, staff was extremely nice, seating was plenty, vibe was good. I will be back.

Whenever I went to pick up my order the place was empty. I stood at the counter for several minutes before I yelled hello. After a few times someone finally came to the counter and they said just a minute and disappeared. He then went to another part of the restaurant like he was looking for someone. My order was literally sitting in the window. After I told him a few times that my order was right there he grabbed it and didn’t even apologize. Also, I expected more than one piece of fish for $17. The fish was pretty good. The shrimp was obviously cooked frozen like it came from Walmart.

Good seafood. Fried food was a bit salty but I scored a $100 groupon and I was able to take home a bunch of food (after eating as much as I could at the restaurant). I’d hit it up again w another groupon. I am too poor to pay full price.

As we pulled up, it was very strange. The store was empty. After a few minutes, a very friendly lady came from the back. We showed her the coupon 1/2 & 1/2 BOGO. The friendly lady told us that the new owner is not going to honor the coupons that came out in the mail this week with an expiration date of 12/31/22. We drove 40 minutes. Kinda sucks! Dahlia’s Cafe it is!
