The girl who took my order explained the menu to me since it was my first time. I chose the kickin Kay Lynn sandwich on wheat, with a side of broccoli salad. The entire meal was amazing. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience with customer service. I called Chicken Salad Chick to ask if my order could be toasted (simply the only request I had), and the manager, RACHEL, was extremely rude to me. Pressuring me to cancel my order, told the delivery driver to leave and hung up the phone on me. I was shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful she was — there’s absolutely no reason to treat a customer like that.
I usually enjoy Chicken Salad Chick, but this experience completely ruined it for me. Management should really address Rachel’s behavior because no customer deserves to be treated that way.
