The sandwich is looking pretty pathetic. Not very much meat on sandwich. Tastes ok but no value for money.

Ordered two sandwiches and they couldn’t be helped to get either of them right, as I approach the counter to get one fixed the cashier who appeared to actually be the manager stepped way to “make a phone call” while I’m visibly approaching the counter with a messed up order in my hands. Worst JJs in the area by far. Bread definitely was not fresh either. Bogus.

Anything but “freaky fast.” If you order on the app, they will wait for you to arrive before making it. This means, if people in line are ordering, they will get their food before you. If there are 5 people in line…you guessed it, all five will get their order first. So there’s no point to the app. If you order during a rush hour like dinner…they only have one person working. Apparently not a lot of people are hungry around 5ish? Love the food, but I always feel like going to a sit down restaurant would get me food faster than place.

I just waited 2 HOURS to get my delivery order. I called after an hour and the lady said it was sent out and should be there soon but the delivery driver had 11 orders. Finally after another hour the guys showed up. I ordered at 12:35 and my food finally got here at 2:31. I leave work at 3. If I knew it was going to take 2 hours I would have just starved until I got off. The days of “FREAKY FAST” are clearly over. I’m giving 2 starts because the food was good.

There are a lot of Jimmy John’s throughout the U.S. – so most people know what to expect. This one fits the brand well. Good variety of subs, fresh ingredients, quick service. There were 5 in our party for lunch and we did fine – orders came out fine and consistent.

Not freaky fast on delivery. apparently they’ve outsourced to Uber and it takes much much longer than expected. Missed my lunch window entirely. Now I know! BUT the food is really good and the staff in house are friendly. Thanks!

just use the app to place your order, otherwise when you order a combo they will ring everything up individually so you end up paying more and they’ll give you some bullshit about how combos are rung up there

Horrible customer service. I suggest “Kat” find another job if she’s going to treat customers poorly. If you’re dealing with the public you definitely need to work on your professionalism. Rude. Marshawn(sp) was helpful and apologetic for his pathetic employee. Not the 1st time he’s had to apologize for this person. Paid for my order never received anything. Was refused a refund.
Talked to Nick the owner. Very professional. Handled my Issue on Sunday while doing family stuff. Never needed to do that. That matters to me. Thanks for the good service Nick.

Jimmy John’s is suppose to be Freaky Fresh and Freaky Fast so when it comes to delivery they stick to a rather small location around the store. Ok, that’s fine. My issue is when I placed an order at 2:30 then was notified at 3:05 that it was on the way to me so I wait and I don’t hear anything so at 3:30 I check the distance on Google Maps which say it’s a 5 minute drive or an 8 minute bike ride (since I know the delivery people will often ride a bike) I then call the location and that’s when I find out the delivery person who is riding a bike is making 4 deliverys on this trip. I don’t have a problem that they did this what I have an issue with is not being notified of the delay. Needless to say NEVER order from this location if on a work lunch break unless you order a decent time before clocking out.
