The wait was surprisingly long considering we were the only customers there… I actually almost left after waiting several minutes at the speaker just to be acknowledged.
The loaded fries were heavy but decent. While the chicken had a nice crust and good seasoning, it was very thin and dry to the point of being inedible. On top of that, we didn’t receive two sauces we paid for. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

Had 2 lg sandwiches, lg twisters and 10 pc boudin bites, as you can see in the pictures the boudin bites are small, on the menu they are called boudin bites. While the food was seasoned well it is just fried chicken. These 4 items were $52, pretty expensive considering. This is 30-40% more than competitors. There are too many other options, just had a dine in meal, with dinner salad, bread, entree, sodas including the tip $49 for two.

Stopped by and grabbed some lunch today. Ordered a large fried chicken sandwich on the jalepeno cheddar sourdough with insanity sauce and jalapenos. Literally one of the best chicken sandwiches you can get around here! Even without all the dress up, the chicken by itself is well seasoned and fried super crispy. Sauce complements the chicken well with the toasted sourdough bun topping everything off. Fries were hot, crispy, seasoned and tasted great with both ketchup as well as the insanity sauce. They are drive-thru only at the moment but was well worth the wait for such a great meal!

Response to the owners response. In order to be successful, you have to be able to take criticism. As your reviews go, you obviously have an issue with the appearance of your food, the quantity of it and the flavor. Instead of taking the review and re-assuring your customer that you would like for me to give you another chance, you make an excuse and shy away from the point. The POINT being that your food has issues. Your HYPE will fade as businesses like yourselves always do. Enjoy your 5 seconds of fame. Truth Hurts…
Before I start my review, I want everyone to know, even the owner that I waited for over a week to post this review. In case if you are wondering, my reviews have been recognized by google so here we go. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with the insane fries with chicken bites. The sandwich. It was fair. And that’s a very “GENEROUS “ fair. I had them add the cheese, tomatoes lettuce and jalapeños. By the way, you have to pay extra for that and when I ordered the extras minus the cheese, I had no idea I had to pay extra for. It would be nice if you told people up front that you charge 40 cents extra for each item. So back to the sandwich. FAIR. I then went on to the insane fries. I think I counted about 5 SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN BITS… Not BITES… again, very, very FAIR. grand total was around $29 dollars. Now I will be the first one to tell you that money means nothing to me. As long as the service and food are outstanding, I can look past the price. But for the hype and price, I’m sorry to say that this was not worth anything to brag about. I’ll drive about 2 miles up the road to the right and eat at the OTHER chicken place to avoid the long wait and OVER-PRICED food. Sorry Insane Chicken..just stating the FACTS….

We went through the drive thru in the afternoon and there wasn’t any cars so there wasn’t a wait. But what took us longer is we checked our food before leaving because the reviews have been saying they have a tendency to forget things..they do but that’s understandable what i didn’t like was that the drive thru lady was so rude about it first doubting us when we told her and we checked right in front of the window and even after we showed her the open boxes she wanted our receipt because they couldn’t believe they forgot our sauce, pickles, grilled jalapeño (that apparently they don’t do but I was able to order it when they took my order) and its the fact they were really trying to argue with us claiming everything was in the box when clearly it’s not as the drive thru lady you’re supposed to check the order before sending it out. The food was good just not the best customer service

Food is pretty Great. We were impressed. Generous portions. The chicken is tender, fresh and seasoned well. Not dry and hard or overly crunchy. The insanity sauce is like *anes sauce. Tons of flavor. We didn’t get our toast so I can’t comment on that. The boudain bites will bring tears to your eyes. Just try it!

Took longer than expected for the food for us being the only ones there. And why don’t y’all sell sausage or boudin wraps? The staff was nice and we would probably go back again. Their fridge and freezer section looked legit

Doesn’t really look like the picture on the billboard, not sure if your suppose to ask for lettuce and tomato, chicken was juicy, sauces are good, asked for mayonnaise didn’t get that, fries are good, boudin bites were very good.
