The restaurant is a bit hidden in that if you’re not paying attention while walking by, you’ll miss it since there aren’t any large flashy signs, just the one on the door. The inside is really lovely, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff are all super friendly! They have a nice selection of appetizers and I think it’s the only place you can get abura soba in DFW everything was delicious!

The best ramen I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve eaten so many. Last time we went, I tried the Apple Fennel Shio ramen and it was one of the most memorable dishes I’ve ever tasted. The broth is so rich and flavorful and also a bright taste for having apple and fennel. This place is top notch. It’s worth paying for parking in Deep Ellum just to go there. My spouse has the Spicy ramen special and it was just as spectacular.

Tonight was my first time dining in. Our server was Chris and he was soo educated on the menu. He recommended us what to get and was so kind. The atmosphere was also very nice and quiet. I will be coming back. Thanks Chris 🙂

Also this restaurant is gluten free friendly and vegetarian!

Stop by since I was in the area and with this cold weather some hot ramen would be just right.

I order the agedashi tofu and this month’s special ramen.

It was absolutely wonderful. The broth was rich and had deep flavors. The noodles were just right. This place is a must try! Very nice cozy feeling.

This place was hyped as the best ramen in Dallas and apparently on par with the best spots in Japan. In actuality the food was average and took forever to arrive, I waited about an hour before ordering and when my ramen arrived, and when I did bite into the ramen soup and noodles were good but the char siu was slightly tough and overcooked, making the whole thing a wash. I’ve had better ramen in Chicago and New York that didn’t take an hour to prepare, I don’t get the hype.

The staff were kind, and the atmosphere felt just like Japan.
The ramen was delicious — we tried the Tori Paitan, Shoyu, and Miso, and all of them were excellent.
I think this is the best ramen in Dallas.

I am pick up kind of person when I placed orders. I have to thank Neil for checking back of the house for flavor correction. He did just that and took care of my order. I sincerely appreciate the due diligence on behalf of the kitchen and Neil’s hospitality. ❤️‍

You can trust them. Big plus in today’s society.

I’ve been to this place a few times, and I just feel like it keeps getting worse and worse every time I come. I wanted to love the food here, but it’s just so simple and expensive. I’d rather go to any other ramen spot in the area at this point; there’s literally nothing special here.
This place has decent ramen, but terrible service. They took an hour and a half to serve our food, the waiter literally only visited our table twice, and then I had to go and demand the bill myself over at the counter. The servers need to pay more attention to their tables and be more mindful of other people’s time. A simple “sorry about the wait!” won’t give people back their wasted time.

Group of 6 dined here on a Sunday afternoon. The place wasn’t busy at all. We got out orders in and the server was nice, but once the food arrived, we never saw her again until she brought the bill. We were there 2 hours, 45 mins of it was waiting on her to come back for refills and to order dessert, which we didn’t get either.

The noodles were just dollar general Ramen noodles, the broth was good and the pork buns were great. The service was terrible. Drove 1.5 hours to get here because we were told it was the best Ramen in Dallas. While good, it was no where near the best. Too expensive and in a terrible location in my opinion. I would skip this place, mainly because of the non existent service.

We visited from Houston for a hockey game. And we just had to try this highly rated ramen lounge. Wow. I admit, Houston has great ramen, but this place was worth every penny. Excellent ramen, sake, service, and atmosphere. I want to give this more stars.

They had gluten free noodles as a substitute and the vegetarian shoyu was so delicious. Our server was very hospitable and attentive.

If you’re in Dallas, give this place a visit!
