Claudio’s Gourmet Sandwich Shop was created in 2020 by Claudio Semilia. After being in business as Fortunato’s for 18 years Claudio recognized business changing and wanted to make things easier for his customers. He decided to take all the best from Fortunatos and expand it into a faster more expedited experience. We now offer Fortunato’s famous subs, brick oven pizza, a variety of soups and salads, and prepared foods.

The food is absolutely delicious! Everything we had was fresh and full of flavor. The pizza was amazing, subs were the best I’ve had in a while and the eggplant parm was cooked perfectly. 10 out of 10! We ordered a margarita pizza, meatball and chicken parm sub, & a few other goodies like stuffed peppers and their signature vodka sauce!

The food is so fresh and SO GOOD!! Amazing Sandwiches, fresh mozzarella, fresh made sides and they have so many it’s hard to choose! Also old classic Coke in glass bottles the way it should be which is a bonus. Just so friendly, fast and perfect! Grabbed a bunch of sandwiches right on my way to the beach. If it ain’t Claudio’s – it ain’t the shore, baby. 10/10

OMG so good! My family and I’s staple since moving to brick. Got lunch today and the man working (he was so nice and very helpful)made me grilled chicken parm platter with vodka sauce since I’m GF, I was soooo thankful!!! The sandwiches are MASSIVE and so good. Total $28 for a massive sandwich and chicken platter. All of the prepared food is delicious and you just can’t beat the sandwiches. So fresh, so good!
They made us a tray of GF eggplant parm over the holidays too which was so nice.
I hope they can start making GF eggplant and cutlets for others to enjoy 🙂

Small place off mantoloking road parking is hard to find but well worth the trip. Stopped by for lunch and the menu had plenty of options. Fresh sliced meats and fresh mozz you can’t go wrong but the bread is the star of the show. Crunchy and delicious sandwich I got the #5 and could only finish half. will definitely be back
