Had a great experience at the Jimmy John’s in Addison! Earl, the general manager, runs a fantastic store, and a big shoutout to Nadine & Earl for pulling together a last-minute catering order—they did an awesome job. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The food was fresh and delicious, and the store was clean and well-kept. Highly recommend this location!

I had to double check if my sandwich was tuna because there was so little! I thought it was turkey! The sandwiches seem smaller as well in terms of length and diameter. So disappointed that I paid $10 basically for lettuce!

Although they all use the same ingredients..THIS IS BY FAR THE GREATEST JIMMY JOHNS AROUND!!!
For some reason their sandwiches taste better than any other one I’ve been too.
While other J.J. short you on the meat and you feel cheated…this J.J. make sure your sandwich is right & you will return ( point in case we’ve been 4 times in 2weeks to this location)
And the employees are top notch..They are very professional..yet cordial and you feel like you dealing with the next door neighbor

When ordering JJ for delivery, I was redirected to Uber. After waiting 30 minutes, I called the store for an update. Jade informed me that they didn’t have a driver. Despite Uber’s shortcomings, Jade was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. It’s refreshing to see such excellent customer service still exists!

I just want to say thank you to Jimmy John’s staff for coming to the rescue. I had placed an order online and when I went to pick it up realized my car battery was dead. When I called them, they were extremely helpful in getting my lunch to me! Although I still had to deal with a dead battery, I am very grateful I did not have to deal with having to skip my lunch as well! Thank you

Consistent, fairly cheap and fast. Everything you want in a sandwich shop. We do often order extra meat on our sandwiches fyi. Cutisie sandwich shop decor w fun signs etc. easy to eat on the run. Their drive thru is freaky fast – use it a lot for the kids on busy nights to and from all the activities.

I called in Saturday at 11:30 AM to place an order for salmon sandwiches with drink and chips… I was told they couldn’t accommodate the order they were out of bread that’s strange it wasn’t even quite lunchtime. Freaky fast, but doesn’t go the extra mile.

This store could easily be rated better but this store is so inconsistent with delivering and on top of that they’re closed on the weekends. I order from here regularly but they either don’t have a driver or the delivery option is not even available and it forces me to order from a different store that can’t even deliver to my address. This store could be really good if the hours changed and if they had a driver ever day because the delivery option is honestly a hit or miss if you’re lucky.

I travel a lot, and order Jimmy Johns a lot. This gives me to sense for what to expect from this place. This location missed on nearly every thing they could miss on. Delivery was horrible. They dropped off the food without a phone call to the front desk to the hotel without telling the staff who it was for and when questioned they said, “My job here is done” They sandwiches weren’t labeled… We ordered 3 and usually they are numbered so we don’t have to open the sandwich and look at the ingredients. They didn’t make them correctly either. I wouldn’t use this location every again.

This is the worst ran business I’ve ever experienced. I can’t even justify giving them one star. They are either always closed or run low on bread. Today they couldn’t spare one loaf to sell. Steer clear of this Jimmy Johns, most other locations are great!
