Got my order fast and politely. The food was really good. It’s also slightly different than normal Chinese. For example. Instead of orange beef,c it’s mango but don’t let that stop you it’s delicious.

The woman who was working on the front was very nasty. I asked for small accomodations due to food allergies. She rolled her eyes at me. I ordered an egg roll also. While looking at menu, I noticed it said pork/shrimp. I asked her if there was shrimp in the egg roll and she said small bits. I told her I am allergic to fish and maybe get a spring roll instead. All of a sudden she said oh no shrimp in egg roll because I had already ordered it. Well when I got home I ate the egg roll. Have way through it I got an allergic reaction. So beware. Because of her attitude I would never go back there. She lied to me . It could have been a disaster.

Enjoyed my dinner meal here. Tasted like home cooking, without excessive oil and salt. Singapore rice noodles tasted fresh and dumplings appetizer was similar to what someone would prepare at home. Will be coming back for more.

Great takeout place. We order from here a couple of times a month. The food is very good and the service is efficient and courteous. They are always on tinte.
Unlike some Chinese places, Empire Szechuan has flavorful food, where each entree has a distinct taste. We love it.

This place is the only Chinese take out restaurant I will eat in Ridgefield. The staff is so friendly, the food has always been consistent and great ! We order at least 2-3 times a month. It is pricey but it definitely good food. My whole family loves this place . Thank you to the wonderful staff and the constant GREAT food !!

Most of the food is okay, however egg drop soup was clearly bad: grayish color, malodorous, and inedible. I brought the full container of soup back, tried to get a refund for the soup, and the front desk woman was incredibly rude and hostile. She turned around to smell the soup before telling me how “fresh” it was from yesterday. She ultimately gave me the refund but not before insulting me. Will definitely not be going back to this place.

New Empire Szechuan is a nice Chinese food restaurant with affordable prices. Ordered tangerine chicken and pad thai noodles with my boyfriend for lunch special and both dishes are very tasty! The staffs are very friendly and we will come back next time!

This was a major disapointment. Ordered many dishes to take out and each was worse than the other. Beef was dry and tough as shoe leather. Egg rolls were blah. Would never reccomend. People very polite, but food less than mediocrity.
