I normally don’t post bad reviews as I no that places can have bad days. But…the 2 young girls working tonight were very rude when I called. My husband went in to order subs for our family. Now I have ordered here before and no issues. But he said the girls got over flustered and rude when they found out we had a order of 7 subs. All except 1 were 6 inches. Basic subs also as we have 5 picky kids. Now we ordered them toasted. The subs were still cold and the bread wasn’t even toasted. No dressing on the subs. The bread was so soggy it fell apart. I couldn’t even eat mine. When I called she got real defensive and rude. She said they toasted them. They can put 2 foot longs in at a time and with 7 subs they had to make due. Normally if you see the subs aren’t toasted you put them back in. But no they were just annoyed they had to make sandwiches. Now I have worked for a subway before I no how things go and what to do. But she was just so nasty when I called to just make them aware which obviously led me to just hang up because she was so rude. But for the 2 young girls to get mean for having to do their job is crazy to me. Definitely shouldn’t be working here if they can’t be nice to customers and have good customer service.

Let me start by saying how rude and unprofessional the manger with red hair and the owner were, and not just to me! I bought a meal and right before i left the manger with red hair told me “you could come in and get free refills on your cup if the owner isnt here” and since i’m working down the street, i decided to. They then proceed to call the cops and threaten to charge me with petty theft. And when the cop came i exposed it to the owner (that she told me that) he didn’t care in the slightest, he didn’t want my side just wanted me trespassed and to pay for the re fill. While the manger with red hair LIES and claimed she never said that. She was scared to lose her job but it doesnt matter she needed to admit to telling me i could get free refills or else i could’ve been a criminal and charged! That is ridiculous and extremely selfish, imagine what else she would lie about to your face as a customer… AND SHE IS A MANGER! And this is a common problem, i seen someone bring in a water bottle and wasn’t even allowed to drink it….
I travel and work all over and this was the single handed worst experience ANYWHERE. The owner doesn’t care about anything but your money, even got loud and tried to intimidate me. DO NOT GO HERE. i repeat urgently DO NOT GO HERE. I would recommend going to a local place with NON stale ingredients like foxs pizza!

I recently visited the Subway in Ridgway, PA with my parents, who had never been to a Subway before. The employees were exceptionally patient and understanding, taking the time to explain the menu and the ordering process without making anyone feel rushed or uncomfortable. I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help, which made the experience much smoother for my parents.
The food was good—fresh ingredients and sandwiches made just the way we wanted them. Service was prompt and efficient, with staff clearly doing their best to provide a pleasant visit. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, which always adds to the overall impression.
While nothing stood out as extraordinary, and the experience was more or less as expected for a Subway, the friendly staff and clean environment made it a solid choice for a quick meal.
On a personal note, I highly recommend trying the Chicken Bacon Ranch Protein Bowl, but with a twist: swap out the ranch for Honey Mustard and add a generous helping of banana peppers. This has become one of my favorite on-the-go meals as someone managing type 2 diabetes—it’s filling, flavorful, and fits well with my dietary needs.
Overall, I would give this location four stars: a good spot for a sandwich (or protein bowl), especially if you’re new to the process and appreciate patient service.

Lady with the red hair was rude to me. Also seen a cop drag a poor young kid in to pay for a refill even though he paid for the drink before. Didn’t know the 2.50 was detrimental to Subway.

Rudest lady in the world. No sort of smile, welcome gesture. Seems like she was working to pay her bills only. Made a sandwich without heart.
Visited this place on Oct 5 Saturday around 1pm.
Two lady. One healthy and one slim. Healthy lady was rudest and slim lady was making sandwiches without any dedication.
Best of luck owner to keep sustainable.

ingredients were stale and going bad. the old lady made a huge point of my grandpa having his own water bottle there. I had to promise he wouldn’t drink out of it, meanwhile the staff openly had food and drinks and drinking from them while on break.

I stopped at this Subway on my way through town. The place, at first glance, is quite clean. It’s clearly marked for social distancing, and the employees were very helpful in making sure everyone was safe. There were 2 young women at the sub station, who worked quickly and well together. They were very helpful to me, as an out of towner, and shared some info about their town, which was neat. The sub was perfectly made and delicious, all making this one of the best Subways I’ve been to!

Food is good, but the service made me know I was bothering the clerks’ zen time. The cashier charged me wrong on a kid’s meal and was visibly annoyed when I asked about it. There are too many places to eat to pay to be treated like this.

Friendly staff, but restrooms were not in clean condition or the lobby area. Also the menu had different items unavailable compared to other Subways. However, the food was prepared in sanitary conditions and tasted fresh.
