The Village Inn is currently one of the few, OLDEST operating bars in the City of North Tonawanda, one of the 68 that are in the Guiness book of records! The Village Inn Sports Bar has Live Entertainment, music every Saturday and karaoke every third Saturday night and lottery . Also, every Wednesday is Wing Night. Wings are .75 cents and pitchers of Beer Specials. The Village Inn has a daily happy hour, central air conditioning, newly renovated heated outdoor patio, gazebo, horse shoes and Sabres and Bills specials as well. Kelly was an absolutely amazing bartender/ waitress ! We had wings and fries- delicious! Wings ordered mild and a second order of 10 sweet chili. Fries were fabulous- fresh, hot and tasty! We were out of town visitors who read a review that the wings were good- so we stopped by to have some wings and a drink. Kelly kept the bar, made the food and provided a great experience for “outsiders “ from Jersey!

I had a delicious salad with various berries and Cajun chicken breast. My husband had lasagna that was a bit disappointing. Slice wasn’t thick or very meaty; almost too much cheese. The other couple enjoyed antipasto salad & shrimp Alfredo, both looked tasty. Service was great; waitress was friendly & checked on us regularly without being overbearing. If you haven’t been there or if it’s been awhile since your last visit, you need to go.

Stacey wasn’t lying when she left her review. I’ve never met her. The bartender/server/cook only takes care of the regulars. I was there for well over an hour on wing night and she wouldn’t even take my order, let alone get it cooked or served. I just wanted a couple orders of wings. Before the owner responds, I want them to know I’m going to document my experience next time. I don’t want to hear this doesn’t happen regularly.

Neighborhood bar, where strangers become friends! “Taco Tuesday” and “Wing Wednesday” are crowd pleasers. But OMG – the REAL freshly made fries are fire! The newly built (semi-enclosed) patio in back, with ceiling fans and skylights is beautiful! But when temps drop, so do the side panels; enclosing the patio entirely. Great for game days, or just any day. Whether you’re into playing pool, corn hole or darts, the VI has them. Music? Live bands are often scheduled (on a weekend). Lucky for you, the juke box is ready to be played every day! The topping on this well-known corner bars’ cake, is Reneé. She’s an amazingly experienced bartender, with quick wit, and a sense of humor! Bottom line: great “dive” bar, thar serves great food & drinks, seasoned with personality!

The corner bar- the cozy corner bar! Where the bartender will remember your name and knows you might have a Mich Ultra or might have a vodka/tea and ask which it will be! Their chicken wings are soo good and made to order. Easy going, laid back bar where you don’t have to be a ‘regular’ to be treated with priority!

They have a nice outside patio section with a gazebo and covered patio to stay out of the sun, cornhole, and setup for live bands. I was happy they fully checked IDs with a scanner. Can’t say how the food was since there weren’t any menus out or anything to order, but the drinks were reasonably priced. Only bad thing about the patio was all the smoking, and workout music I’d rather have stayed inside
