I was receiving an order and a little girl with red hair and glasses was yelling at another employee like a homeless dog.. made me so uncomfortable.. I will never be back!! no one should be talked to like that!! if I was that lady being yelled at by a kid I wouldn’t be able to compose myself as well as she did.
I’ve noticed this girl several times crap talking other employees right in front of customers like at least do it while you aren’t making my pizza and I’m standing right here.
moral of the story don’t come here if you want a nice experience!

I’ve ordered the Parmesan bites from there twice and the first time they were so small that when they cooked them they were hard as a brick and couldn’t eat them, the 2nd time they’re so big I had to cut them myself. Idk what’s wrong with the workers at this store, either too ignorant to know or too lazy to do their job but I won’t order from them again. It would be best for them to go out of business since they can’t get anyone there that knows how to properly do their jobs bc this is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Everytime we go to this Dominos the pizza is not made right,the last time I went there about a month ago.. there was a lady standing in there waiting on pizza and they sent me out the door with her pizza, I realized it wasn’t myn before I left with it so I brought it back in. She cancelled her order got her money back and I should have done the same thing. Thought we would try them out again tonight ordering extra cheese and extra pepperoni.. and the middle of the pizza was bread..no cheese. I showed this to the worker before I walked out,he asked if I wanted it remade, blaming it on the pizza being cut. Being 9:30 at night and the reason I ordered it online, I didn’t have time to wait. When I got home to my mom she said it didn’t have the extra pepperoni. I call back to the store..the “general manager” makes me send him a picture and says the pizza looks fine. Domino’s y’all need to get it together and you definitely need a different “general manager”. Very unhappy

What a joke. I order all the time and they got the order wrong. I ordered bone in mild wings with ranch. They delivered naked wings no ranch so I called and they acted so out out but said what you want us to do bring you sauce and ranch and I said yes please mild sauce and ranch. Well they delivered HOT sauce and one ranch. Never again. That ruined my wings Money wasted after I tipped the delivery driver $20. Lesson learned.

Pizza is always good but the in house customer service is really lacking on social skills. Delivery drivers are always very nice and professional. As someone who has worked in the pizza business I understand that it can get tasking and overwhelming but this dude sounded like he’d have more fun at a funeral than talking to me.

I order here about one a week due to no vehicle and they deliver fast on time and are always super super nice, I love this place
Shout out to Hannah and Vera who received my order, Hannah took my order but called me because it looked off, and she called me and made sure it was correct, vera was the pizza delivery driver and she was fantastic, super nice

Order pizza tonight and got berated because I didn’t have any small bills to tip I always tip 5.00. I know ppl have days but to literally ask for a tip. And VERA if you happen to see this. I had just gotten home from N.C. Visiting my very sick grandmother who has been in the hospital for 2 weeks. Next time think before you speak. Regardless if you tipped me for cutting your hair or not.
