The worst. Drive thru didn^t work….two employees working at snails pace. The person in front of me left after waiting so long. After I finally am asked what my order is I was told no salami and if I could come back in an hour the can get some! Nobody behind me. I went to Jimmy John’s and they had 7 employees. This was prime time lunch time around noon.

They were super busy and the pair of workers seemed frazzled. Dropped stuff, missed ingredients, and snapped at each other a bit. Definitely could have used another worker to help even on a Monday but the food was good.

More than one we have ordered online and things are wrong with the order. We recieved the print out telling them how to make the order and things are missed…simple things like dressing on the salad. Sadly the staff there looks miserable and not surprised that they don’t care about providing basic customer service.
